Finally! A company that cares! “Trust”, is the first word that comes to mind with my experience. Ryan had the opportunity to sell me any solution, to include the thing that I thought I needed most. TTR replaced the roof and two skylights on our back porch. From start to finish they were easy to work with, did what they said they would do, and were informative throughout the process. It can be hard to find companies whose actual performance matches their words. I'm glad we found TTR and I would highly recommend!

Had a fantastic experience with TTR. Ryan and Jerry were both super easy to work with, even as I had a lengthy process of getting the shingles approved from my HOA. Never pressured me and never gave me the hard sell. They didn’t need to. They brought a great crew, were on time, got the job done in a timely manner, and cleaned up immaculately. All while beating the competition’s quote by thousands of dollars. Couldn’t be happier!

Could not be happier with our decision to use Triangle's Trusted Roofing to replace our roof. We also got our shed done and gutters. We did a lot of research and met Ryan at the Raleigh Home Show. Instantly we got the feeling that he was very passionate about his work and would make sure the entire process went as smooth as possible. Their prices were in the ball park with all other companies but the extra insurance of knowing someone will take care of any issues that arise was the reason we chose this company. The Project Manager (Jerry) was on site all day and helped us get outside to let our dogs out whenever we called. He communicated throughout the entire process. After completion we walked the house together. We found 2 minor cracks (extremely small) on the siding (things happen). Within a few days they had a company out replacing the siding and they made sure the color matched the original siding. You cannot tell it had been replaced. I was debating putting this because I did not want something to come across negative, but I think it is worth sharing this experience because they immediately took care of it. No questions. We are extremely happy with their service and our roof and gutters look great. I would highly recommend this company especially if you are looking for peace of mind and knowing that they will take care of you.

I had a fantastic experience with Triangle's Trusted Roofing! I had to replace my roof due to age/wear and tear, and ultimately decided on this company due to the great customer service as well as very competitive pricing. The owner and staff were highly responsive and easy to work with from the beginning.
Throughout the process, the team communicated frequently and openly with me, sending drone photos of progress and as well as updates along the way. They did a thorough and beautiful job with both the roof and cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend Triangle's Trusted Roofing and would definitely use them again, should the need arise!

Working with Triangle's Trusted Roofing Company was one of the best renovation experiences we've had. Ryan, Jerry, Jonathon and the whole crew are true professionals and were a pleasure to work with throughout our experience. The price quoted was fair, and the final cost differed only slightly due to a bit of plywood being replaced. The crew worked hard, our roof looks amazing, and the yard and deck were cleaner than before they started the job! The owner, Ryan, is friendly and professional. He arrived on time for the estimate, had roofing samples with him, suggested the prefect color, and clearly explained the process, warranty, etc. Jerry, the project manager, was a pleasure to work with. He was on site several times throughout the job and took time to throughly answer all our questions. Jonathon, the crew foreman, a really nice guy, made sure the job went smoothly and that everything was clean at the end of the day. We are so pleased with how the entire process was managed and with the fabulous final result. We highly recommend Ryan and his company for quality work by quality people for a reasonable price.

Great company, highly recommend. A tree fell on our house (2 weeks after move-in!) and destroyed the garage roof and a lot of framing. We had a long journey with Triangles Trusted Roofing due to difficulties with our insurance company. The owner was always communicative and very easy to work with. It's a testament to his fair pricing that we submitted his bid, the insurance company came in well under with their estimate, and after much back and forth we asked the insurance company for a bid from their preferred contractor. That bid came in ABOVE Triangle's Trusted. So the insurance company finally paid out the original bid amount. In addition to fair pricing, they do great work. Framing is not as easy as replacing roof shingles and we thought the work was very solid. When there was an issue with the drywall for our ceiling, they came in and redid the work at their own request (via the work site manager Jerry), not ours. They made everything right and went above and beyond to do good work and treat us with respect and kindness. I can't recommend them enough.

Open and honest communication. Jerry kept in touch with me during the whole process with updates and drone photos. He sent photos of necessary repairs. When they were done, I couldn't even tell they had been there except for a nice new roof. Highly recommend this company!

We were ready to replace our roof and just happened to meet Ryan at the Home Show in Raleigh. From the very first moment we knew we were going to work with a honest and reliable company. Fair enough, we could not be more pleased with the cost, quality of materials, quality of work and professionalism. Mr Lewis (the Project Manager) was at all times making sure the work was done to the highest quality. He even took care of a few very minor details after the work was completed.
It is hard these days to find a reliable company. And we can tell Triangle's Trusted Roofing is on top of the list. Highly recommend them!
