5 Stars – Excellent Bike Shop!
I recently bought a Trek bike from Joe at the shop and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect bike for my needs. He walked me through all the options, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with my choice before purchasing.
Customer service was tiptop; I had an issue with my cassette and chain being defective and it was handled promptly under warranty…..I was loaned a much better bike in the meantime, which was great
I’m loving my new Trek bike! I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to buy a bike.

The store is wonderful! Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I bought a used kids bike (not trek) and went to this Trek store and they did a complete 360 overview, made sure the bolts were tightened, brake wires etc replaced, and gave it a wash. Picked it up the next day. Then I brought my cruiser (bought online, which I don’t recommend) and they finished assembling it. We did not have correct tools to put it together at home. The cruiser was sitting in the garage for over a year, not used bc we didn’t have tools to put things together correctly. Great service! I will continue to bring our bikes here for servicing.

My family had the best experience at Trek Cary! We went there to look for a mountain bike for my 7 year old son, they had plenty of built bikes and the staff were willing to build one if they didn't have what we wanted. Brett made picking a bike an amazing experience for my son. The entire time, he was super approachable and answered all the questions we asked. We tried two models and were able to walk out with a bike my son loved. Brett took his time sizing my kid up for a bike that wasn't only safe, but that would last him a long time. I would highly recommend going to this store if you're a first time buyer and may not know the ins and outs of the sport yet, we will be back for sure!

Great service! I needed to replace brake pads. I first went to another shop and they told me the nearest appointment was in three (!) weeks from today. So I went to TREK and they fixed my bike immediately. Thank you, Jeremy and Max, for your great help!

A BIG shout out for Max and Courtney who provided me with efficient, friendly, and above-and-beyond the call of duty service. Max assembled my BLISS e-bike (Trek doesn’t even sale them) and showed me how to use it safely! Courtney helped me find discounted deals on the finishing touches such as helmet, lock, and LED light for helmet. I’d give them ten stars if I could. Thanks guys!

Can't recommend this shop enough. Went in to just look at a couple bikes as a complete novice in the types of bike available. Talked over with the staff on how we intended to use the bikes and our price point. They set us up with a few options and we test rode each one. Ended up walking out pretty confident in the bikes we wanted to buy but wanted to think it over first. No pressure from the staff to purchase bikes. Placed the order for the bikes the following day and definitely do not regret our decision. We've use them almost every weekend since they were purchased. Trek quality is great and the staff at this location is even better.

Stopped by this shop as I was passing through on my way to an endurance bike event to get a last minute part. They had the part in stock and also bled my disc brakes for me. The shop has a very large selection and a friendly knowledgeable staff. Great shop. If I ever happen to be in the area again and need something bike related I would definitely stop here.
