Apparently you can’t call on the phone and ask what’s in stock without being told in a rude way they wont provide that information over the phone to you anymore. I don’t know if the young kid is having a bad day or what. Phil is a pleasure and has always been a pleasure to deal with when calling and also to shop with But the young guy not so much. For someone who has to drive from Durham it’s not convenient to drive all the way to Cary just to see if certain cigars are available or not. I will consider other cigar stores who don’t mind customers calling. It was nice visiting your establishment Phil. This decision in no way affect the service you provided to me. Hope you understand.

Great cigar shop. Owner and manager have in depth knowledge of cigars and pipe tobacco. Great sitting/lounge to sit and enjoy a cigar and catch up on the latest local news. Humidor has a perfect blend of all the popular, hard to find and new products on the market. Great place.

My husband frequents this store and loves the massive selection, great prices, and excellent hospitality. We often visit the store to see what rare or new cigars are available and we often hang out in the lounge while we're there. The chairs are comfy and bode well with the great conversation.We will continue to frequent this stately establishment until the end of our days.

Interesting. Gets loads of likes here...cigar choices were ok...however the cigars I bought here were dry. That was interesting because this place looks as if they should know what humidors need...a little more expensive than others in the area.In response to the owner's reply:It "felt" closed to outsiders. Almost like a club I couldn't be a part of. When I have visited other cigar shops...around the globe...there is a sense of "brotherhood" of the leaf vibe in most places. Maybe my judgement is predisposed of what I have experienced in the past when I felt an uncomfortable ease about a place. In the event of visiting your place I felt that discomfort. That's why I said I was uncomfortable and a unwelcoming feeling energized me. Maybe all my visit was supposed to do was bring this to your attention...

Great selection of cigars. Large humidor - almost to large - except Phil went in with me and helped me pick out a couple nice boxes of cigars. They have a nice smoking area to sit and chat with other conisouirs!
