downtown Cary desperately needs more parking and The Perfect Piece won’t allow anyone to park in their lot even when they are closed. Definitely understand only customers during business hours but pretty crazy that they tow cars out of their lot even when they’re not open - leaving a huge parking lot for nobody to use.

We always find something we “need”. Always just a fun visit. Store is well laid out & organized. They get busy on weekends as expected.

Items are a little pricey... but they live up the name...you can definitely find the perfect pieces. Was visiting the area and search for a local Consignment shop and found this little gem. Walked out with several perfect pieces

My wife loves this place. Rarely do we buy but see a lot of repurposed furniture we like. This is the place for shabby chic.

I have shopped here many many times and have always found it a wonderful place to shop. I have purchased quite a bit from this place and always enjoy going back. I started reading the reviews and was like omg. It seems the only complaints is either there to expensive or because of the parking. Well.. don’t park there when you’re not supposed to! Signs are clear. As far as expense … it’s a consignment and gift shop. If you can’t afford to shop there go to a cheap thrift store or habitat that you can afford. As far as how the people act when you come in? Not one single time have they ever been rude or not pleasant not once. So in saying all that if you want a fun place to go this is a gem. Didn’t expect to write one this long but I sure get tired of people using reviews as weapons against great businesses. And this one I highly recommend. Thanks

I cannot get enough of this place! Every! time! I walk in - I walk out with something. I have also sold things here and they move quickly, at fair prices. The Perfect Piece really is the place to find the perfect piece.

If you are looking for a beautiful piece of furniture, or home decor piece, this is the perfect store, as the name says. I bought the most beautiful, unique pair of lamps for my buffet. They are exquisite and meticulously done by one of the lovely ladies in the store. Not only is this shop filled with incredible things to browse, the ladies there could not have been kinder and more helpful. I had a wonderful time shopping, and this is my new favorite store in Cary! I highly recommend it.

overpriced and absolutely ridiculous that they close the whole lot during the weekend. i bet you would get a lot more business if you let people park there especially with how many new businesses are there...

Nice items if you enjoy the hunt, but the prices of many things are comparable to just going to At Home, Macy's, Ashley's Furniture....

This place is a hidden gem! We love going there but it’s all about the hunt. Somethings you can find for a great price and other things are over priced but it’s all about that search. The people working there have always been pleasant and Ive been going for several years now. Side note: it doesn’t hurt to go to the front and ask if the vendor is willing to take less for a particular item.

Do NOT park in their lot. A friend and I both got towed because we were going to Bull City Ciderworks and thought the lot was safe to park in. We were inside no more than an hour so they must have someone monitoring the lot - keep in mind this is long after The Perfect Piece had closed. I guess they would rather be predatory and make $225 (cash only) off every car they tow rather than just enforce paid parking like everyone else. Then to top it all off, the attendant at the very questionable looking tow lot lectured us about how much these people pay in rent for the building each month and how this should be a “lesson” to us. Truly unbelievable behavior.

Don’t shop here. They make all their money from towing people after their shop is closed. They literally hire someone to watch their lot once they close. The city should do something about this.
