Hateem prepared our 2018 taxes. In 2020 The government said they were done incorrectly and wanted a remaining balance of about $4k. Hateem went back and forth with us on the information he needed, which we provided. He eventually just stopped answering emails and blocked our phone number. Not good ethical practices for a company dealing with money - stay away!!

I have been following with them for over 2 months for a very simple task.Phones never answered, or never called back.. you send them 10 reminders you would be lucky to get one or two replies. The replies are never complete. Appointments always blocked.. I deeply regret choosing them for the service.. never again..Seems like all the other reviews are fake / self made.

Horrible services!!! please avoid if you can and you will do yourself a big favor. I have been following up with them for over 2 months for a very simple task.
