What the heck has Target done to its customers service. I went into this Target yesterday for a return and to purchase other items. There is no longer a customer service desk, you now have to go to a register. The register that dealt with customer service had a line 20 people long. The lady at the customer service register called for help five times while I was in line, nobody came. After returning my items, I decided not to purchase anything, because then I would have to stand in this line again. I went to the Target at Crossroads in Cary, NC and the line was 30 people long. What is going on?

They added some self-checkout lanes, which is nice, but they've got 1 person directing traffic, which really doesn't work at all with their setup. Unless they're going to do a major redesign of that area to be more like Walmart, just let people pick whatever line they want to be in and go.Also, have that 1 person who was directing traffic clean the self-checkouts instead - they were filthy!

The Target at Parkside Town Commons never has enough checkout lanes open and no self checkout. Too slow during peak hours. I avoid going to this location if I can help it.Edit: they added self checkout lanes!

I was here trying to get some immediate needs for my IBS and then run into the bathroom. The lines were slow and then Christina let another man cut in front of me from another line. Even though I had been waiting in line longer than that man had. Her customer service was awful. I hope Target learns from this and hires better customer service reps.

Put in my first online drive up order and my experience was great. Even though it was busy when I got there and had to wait a bit, Lucy was the Target team member who assisted me with my order. She was very professional and kind and went the extra mile. Everything in my order was in great condition and just what I would have picked out. I appreciated her attention to detail and will definitely use this wonderful free service again.

You find great things in target, very organize and clean. The employee are very helpful to help you find anything you need. They always have a great deal for circle members, plus their $1-$5 place always have amazing nice goodies. I just love it.

What's the point - nothing will change plus after this attempts to go through? I will be removing "Yelp" as it's getting more and difficult without giving very precise information- if I DO have your required information? It's easier to use Google/Apple maps check what I need
