This is the BEST T-Mobile store-center I’ve ever been to here in the Triangle. The folks here are very professional and courteous. Claude has been very helpful and very keen in helping us with all our needs. It’s great to be back to T-Mobile services. This is 5-Star from us for the team.

Arrived at 7:05pm and the door was locked. If I could give this store a negative star review I would. When we were let in by a costumer the staff looked us up and down. A few minutes later what looked like the manager walked past us and asked the other employee rudely who had let us in. We were ignored the whole time even though the store was still opened as it was only 7:20pm. Unbelievable!!! I have been a T mobile costumer for over a decade and this is the treatment these stores are providing. Sad. When they finally got to us they were dismissive and systems were down.

We are celebrating one year with year T-Mobile. Thanks to Tiffany (store manager) and Jessica we have received the veteran’s discount, auto-pay discounts and with our plan, free Netflix, and Apple TV+. Marion and I see Tiffany, Jessica, Ronnie and Rachel on T-Mobile Tuesday when we pick up our useful free T-Mobile promotional items. Our phones are 5G and the coverage has been great. We are fortunate to receive outstanding service from Tiffany and her team. Let them advise you on the right phone and plan for your needs. Thanks, Marion and John

Today I needed help with a cell phone problem related to Google News. The problem had nothing to do with T-Mobile and it had been going on for months. First a lady employee at the store worked hard to help us. She was very polite and professional. After a while, Ronnie came to help us. He diligently worked to fix the problem and provided excellent customer service during the entire time. Ronnie was patient to resolve the issue and very friendly. I cannot thank him enough for fixing our problem. Recently Ronnie had helped me with another issue. Each time I received outstanding support at this T-Mobile store. .

Going to this store and having a good experience is a 50/50 chance. I went tonight simply to have a phone screen replaced. It was 6:55, Google said the that store closed at 8. I drove by and I see a customer looking at phones and 2 employees huddled together talking. Great, they're open! Not. I pull on a locked door, and the customer inside looked between me and the employees and shook his head. They just shrugged and said no. I'm not that person to be a Karen, but you're not going to talk to me through a locked door and handle another customer while I'm standing outside in the rain. When I asked the employee to come to the door, I showed her on my phone that their store closed at 8. Keep in mind she didn't even have the decency to crack the door. She said the big bosses didn't do anything about the time mix ups and that they've always closed at 6. If you close at six, why do you still have a customer inside an hour later and why are you hanging around like you're waiting to help more people? It's ignorant and a bad look. But like I said 50/50. I've gone before and had a great experience and great service. But this time, very disappointed. Do better, be more consistent.

I visited this T-mobile store for new account and transfer lines from Spectrum Mobile and AT&T. It took close to 5 hours to open account and transfer 8 lines from different service provider. I want to give shout-out for Ronnie who was very supportive and made sure we get benefits of all possible promotions available. This is my to-go store for any issue rather calling someone on phone.

Visited this store on 11/20/22. My daughter and I were greeted promptly. Rachel assisted us, she was kind, patient and genuinely seemed like she wanted to help us. We left knowing that we received quality customer service, the best deals and promotions that Tmobile could offer, and it was a great way to reward my daughter for her hard work. Thanks again for a great experience ?.

The worst customer service ,I have ever seen .One customer representative told I will get 400$ for trade in iPhone X when we bought ,we ( me n my husband) especially went their after knowing that deal is going on and for confirmation we asked her 3 times about the deal,after a month we got bill for 200$ trade in, after calling 5 times they did not allow me to talk with that person , they always take my number and say she is busy with other customers and she will call you back and it never happened in 5 days .I had to go to that store again to talk to that person,we reached at 5 pm when other representatives told we need to wait 20 mins as she is having lunch ,when I asked another employee to check whether she is done with lunch or not ,she is saying they are checking your case from the backside,how it is possible without taking any info from us , I did not understand. she came back after 45 mins waiting, no one even telling us what is going on behind and how much time We need to wait with a kid ,when she was agreed and completely silent for her fault and told not sure about the deal she talked , but the guy next to him starting arguing that we need to check our bill why we are getting more ,that is our fault not the representative’s ,who did the deal . He is asking us to check our every month ,it means if we don’t check they can cheat us easily .200$ is not a small amount to loose for carelessness of such employees.When I am checking the review @ClarenceWinston having the same issue , and I asked how another person getting same problem what problem I am facing too , he said he does not care about review . I provided the screen shot where the lady representative provided me the calculation of my bill in a sticky note , he said he can’t believe whose handwriting is this and the lady herself accepting that her handwriting keeping quiet . It is shameful wasting customer’s money and time and cheating them.If you are doing mistake accept it ,do notargue with us, if we are customers we get confirmation from customer representative, bill comes after buying the device FYI .Again 200$ is not a small amout.STOP CHEATING CUSTOMERS

Upgraded phonesWas told our new bill would be significantly decrease.Wasn’t the case, went into the store to get clarification, they just printed off bill and told me to call customer service, because they couldn’t see what the issue was.Customer service after Listening to us and looking at our bill identified the error of the store rep.Sales rep should have double checked her work and all charges & explained things more clearly.
