They NEVER shipped my return back to amazon. They gave me a receipt, but I couldn't find it after 3 weeks later when my account was still waiting for the return to refund me. Whoever expexts a returns section of the store to steel your return.
ESSENTIALLY they have a thief in their store.
I will not be returning to business with Staples when I need my new business stationary, business cards, or tech/office equipment. I would rather buy Walmart. (Not going to do that either, but that's where I'd go before paying thieves to steel my stuff again.)

I entered an oder for multiple items to pick up within an hour. Minutes later, I received an email that it was ready!
One of the items was a heavy case of paper and the manager, Carlos, carried it all out to my car and put it in my trunk. The service at this location is beyond exceptional. This is the only office supply store in the area where I shop because of the service they consistenly provide.

It gives me great pleasure to leave a five star review for this store and especially Chelsey in the print and marketing department. To say that she went above and beyond is an understatement. I had a big presentation coming up and she was fantastic to work with. She was patient, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with to make sure this presentation was printed on professional paper and bound to look exceptional. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

I had printing done for my young niece's funeral. Chelsey went above and beyond to ensure that the programs, collage, large portrait, and other printings were done right. She even printed the portrait on a different paper that she thought might better portray my niece and presented me with both options. When the collage printed off-center, she reprinted it on more durable paper at no extra charge. Chelsey's kindness, generosity, and attention to detail were so appreciated during this sad time.

Grateful for the TSA pre-check enrollment here through Idemia. Staples has a dedicated booth for the 15 minute process and knowledgeable/friendly staff. We made an appointment online and went the next day.

Shavon Taylor is an awful employee. DO NOT USE FOR PRE TSA. She faked the computer going down and refused to call IT. She was on her cell phone texting and more concerned with getting out of work at 5 than calling IT to fix the terminal. No apology, assistance or customer service. Terrible experience and the second chance we gave them!
