Had a TSA pre check appointment at another location, but their only worker called in sick. They told us to go to this location for a walk in appointment. We walked to the back where the TSA pre check sign was not knowing the correct process. The person that just completed someone else’s TSA pre check asked if we needed TSA pre check when we said yes, she rudely told us “go check in up front” When we finally found the tiny check in sign, the lady said they didn’t have any openings, even though there was no line. We expressed our frustrations and she calmly and professionally told us the process. Wish they would have fit us in knowing our situation and the fact that they didn’t seem busy.

After a great customer experience (5 stars) with Robby (Staples (Kildaire Farms Rd, Cary), I decided to order some ink cartridges online so I could take advantage of 30% off. Having it delivered to my home would be convenient and there were no shipping costs because I ordered 4 cartridges. Well, not so much. They split up my order so now I have to drive 25 mins away to pick up 2 cartridges while the other 2 are being delivered. How does that make sense? They should have delivered it all together like I ordered it. And the Help Desk was no help at all. The Chat didn't work. Give Feedback does nothing. So if you have a problem, too bad. I've always liked Staples but the online experience was very disappointing.

Cassidy was super awesome and help she was patient and was very informative. Every time we we there she did everything thing she could to help us and helped me as best as she could . She is super kind and nice she explained every thing she could to the best of her ability and never got frustrated .she was super cool

I walked into Staples today and needed help looking for a printer and came across Remy! He was super nice and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the printers.

Ups in this store is a joke. Just got to a UPS store. They wouldn't let me borrow tape to tape my box which I didnt do in case they needed to see what was in it or couldn't use the box I had. I also couldn't pay for it and then get tape which I rarely do returns and dont need that kind or much of tape.

The copy & print team at this store is one of the best I have worked with in the area - I know do all of my business printing with them. They work quickly to get your job done but still with an attention to detail. They are friendly and knowledgable and I would highly recommend them for your printing needs.

Love the clearance area since stuff here can be expensive. Some staff is nice but others are disgustingly rude, especially to women buying electronics. I was buying a converter cord for my monitor to HDMI and the cashier guy kept asking me 6 times if I know what I’m getting in a condescending voice. Of course I know what I’m getting. I already have one at home but I just needed a second one for my second monitor which I said but he still kept looking at me like I was an idiot and asked over and over. I hate sexist guys who think all women know nothing about computers.
