Constant outages; I call the company, they send a tech out who sits and looks at the boxes and lights blinking. Completely useless. After 3 visits and watching the “buffering” during every show I watch, I’m changing to google fiber. It can’t be any worse. I feel robbed!!!

They're better than my last experience going into a spectrum.I was a little shocked that I still had to wait after reserving a time and there being one couple in front of me and three or four workers initially.When we walked in simultaneously with another customer, as well, the other workers seemed to disappear and leave only one guy manning the service desks in the front.It was quick once I was called and the girl was nice who showed up from the back after we waited.Still better than waiting forever on the phone with them just to get put on hold.

Terrible company. They will Jack your rates up then you have the haggle. But you can only do it once. We have fiber in our area now people, go to another company that's worth the money!! 70$for internet with them after your initial 6 months or year. I'm now paying 40 for fiber!! Awesome speed! Screw sprectrum!

fire your management, train your staff and fire those who are caught lying or cheating your customers. Spectrum Cary is horrible and their manager Amy refuses to speak to a customer. She would rather train her staff as gatekeepers. I feel a consumer lawsuit coming. Chelsea (representative) Is dishonest and has zero training in cellular. One of their "customer service technicians" did not know how to swap out a simm card. Are you serious?

I am a TWC/Spectrum customer for 20+ years. Spectrum in general, and the staff at this location specifically, are terrible - a stunning lack of customer engagement skills and rudeness. The service, customer service, and value are all very bad. AT&T is a MUCH better options in the area. This will be my last month.

I like how efficient the staff at this location is compared to other places I have lived. Have always had great service— just added cell service from Verizon this month. Not sure what took me so ling to switch? Can’t tell the difference except for the lower bill!!!

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I have being calling since September of last year to attempt to get cables buried. I have had my yard marked at least 5 times to my knowledge. They sent the initial crew to bury a shallow cable. They did a great job. But then I had to call about the 200 foot long black cable that reaches from one cable box to another. I have called and explained multiple times that a work order is needed, a special permit and they need boring equipment according to my information. It is 2/26/20 and the lines have not been buried. I am now on the line to stop most of our services with them. I have been on hold 5 minutes. This is the inexcusable and if considering Spectrum I would evaluate all options before proceeding.

Extremely slow. All I had to do was pick up equipment for internet order. They need a queue just for pickups as you always get behind customers requiring more sophisticated support. Waited an hour just for a pickup!
