Not a bad selection, but shockingly bad customer support. I was fully ready to spend a few hundred dollars but was ignored for a while. I then asked someone if they worked there, was provided with decent help, and then just went back to being ignored. The store wasn’t crowded, and another employee was going out of his was not to help me. Do I have like repulsive body odor or something? I don’t think so — I generally get excellent service when I go out to stores. Anyway, nice products but a seeming desire to not want you to spend money on any of them!

We found the Soccer Post, Cary location via quick google search for “soccer gear near me.” We were not disappointed. We were shopping for new boots for my 13 yo daughter. It is important to me that she have proper footwear as a young female athlete. I was highly impressed with the selection which included the Phantom Lunas designed for women’s feet and athleticism. My daughter tried on several pairs to make sure she had the ones she felt most comfortable in that allow her some room to grow, but not too much. The young man who was working in the store, Brayden, was very patient and informative. He knew a great deal about the different cleats, changes in the models, and recommended inserts to help with the fit. I think we spent an hour in the store and he was very helpful. We ended up with a great pair of boots and inserts to go with. I’m so glad we found the Soccer Post.

We moved here from Dallas and was really surprised with the lack of soccer store options in the Raleigh area. That said I like this store but my issue is that it’s tiny… very limited on options. Which makes it hard to shop here when you’re looking for anything really. I’m forced to purchase online and honestly out of the 5-6 times I’ve visited I’ve only purchased something once. Given the amount of local youth clubs in the triangle you’d expect a larger offering and store front. I’m sure there are many reasons for this but again as a customer it makes it impossible for me to shop here.

Personal, knowledgeable attention from staff. Great support in trying on soccer shoes. Netted practice tent where you can actually kick a ball, practice turning on a surface, and feel as if you know the shoe before you buy it. And oh yes great prices.

Not sure why this is showing up as closed on Yelp. We were just there the other week and boy were we glad we discovered it! My son has been playing soccer for years. We used to get his cleats from Omega but they closed. We went to the big box stores but his feet are 11.5 and most of their models ended at size 10 or 11! Frustrated, we located Soccer Post online. How had we never heard of it before!? You could tell the employees, though young, are probably soccer players themselves and were very helpful. They had a much wider selection of shoes than the big box stores ranging in price from very reasonable to top tier expensive. There was even a space in the middle of the store where you could kick around a ball to try the shoes out. My son is very happy with the shoes we purchased and says he wants to buy all his future cleats at Soccer Post.
