I usually have a great experience however today I was in your store for over 15 minutes and was not even acknowledged. The two people in front of me in line actively tried to rush her “that’s fine” “I’ll just take that” “no really it’s fine” but to no avail. She was beyond slow and clearly high. You just lost a loyal customer.

I’ve been going here for a couple years now. The amount of inventory they have is insane! The staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. Best smoke shop in the triangle hands down.

I have bought vape carts from this store a hand full of times. Yesterday was the last time... I purchased a Tyson vape for 39.99 and it was fully clogged and will not pull. I asked why this keeps happening to vapes I buy here and I was told this was "just how it is with vapes". Half of the vapes at this location are expired or do not work (will not pull/clogged). No refunds or returns once you leave the store. I have started ordering my items online and not only do I get my items cheaper but they are never clogged and always work.

The best vape store in the area by a long shot. Every time I come in the store they always have what I need and they're always super friendly. As long as I'm in the area this will be the only vape store I'll go to!
