I had a great experience at the store. I have not received my bed yet, I ordered a headboard from sleep number store and 4 days later I decided I did not want it. I called to cancel the order for the head board and was told all furniture is finale and I can not return it. I was also told they make furniture to order and it is their policy you have 2 days to cancel. What doesn’t make since to me is I was told I have100 days to sleep on the bed I ordered, if I don’t like it I can return it but I can’t return a headboard that I haven’t even received yet. That makes absolutely no since to me. Now I am stuck with a headboard I don’t want. I am very disappointed about that. It was not made clear to me at the store but it says it on my receipt so lesson learned read your receipt.

The sleep number associates are alway helpful and not pushy for a sale. They often alert you of a value sale of things that complement our sleep system.

What an amazing experience! I never new bed shopping would be so fun. From the technology in store to find your perfect sleep to the very knowledgeable and fun sales associate, I enjoyed every minute of the experience. I also appreciated that I never felt pushed or "up sold" on anything. The staff genuinely wanted to help me and my husband find what works for us, no matter the price point. I learned a lot, had a great time, and am very excited to get my new bed! Thanks to Brandy for her time and attention. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone in the bed market.

This is our second Sleep Number purchase. We purchased our first over 17 years ago and are now ready to have the ability to raise our heads and feet to make our sleeping even better! Brandy in the Cary store was exceptional! She is very knowledgeable and asked lots of questions to make sure we were getting the best bed for our needs. We did not feel any pressure to buy or buy more bed than we actually needed! My husband and I have very different sleep needs and the Sleep Number bed has been one of the best purchases we ever made! We are so excited to get our new bed and start using the new features! Brandy and Karen, thank you so much for an exceptional customer service experience, we will recommend everyone we know, in the market for a bed, to come to the Cary Sleep Number store! You all ROCK!!

Walking in we were met by friendly staff (Karen). Since we were new to the store she spent a good amount of time explaining and walking us through the process. Trying almost all the beds and setting to find the best bed/mattress for us. Which was great since we apparently liked totally opposite comfort settings.Her knowledge and patience was great in the very busy store that day.She kept in touch over the weekend and Dwight helped us place the order on the phone the next weekday.

The salesperson I had, Karen, was amazing and walked me through all the choices and options and made it easy all around. Can't wait to start sleeping on my new bed!

Love my Sleep Number bed with adjustable softness. Just added an adjustable platform for lifting both head and legs. The beds are expensive, but last a very long time. Very friendly, helpful staff.

I had done my homework and had an idea of what I wanted, but my wife wanted to try the bed out before we purchased. Young gentleman, goes by E, at the Cary location helped my wife and I select the right bed, pillows, and accessories we needed. I learned a ton just visiting the store and letting them go over all the information. I'd suggest reading reviews and doing your homework ahead of time, but I also suggest going to the store and checking all the different options out in person.

I went in for a mattress and ended up leaving with a bedroom set, mattress and beautiful bar stools. Had it not been for the knowledge from the young salesman Korey I would have only gotten a mattress. I mentioned that I just moved here and he pointed out the sale for the holiday. I was so impressed by his enthusiasm, and energy. He wasn’t pushy but asked me what my needs and budget was. I was thrilled at all the beautiful items for such a fantastic price! I enjoyed shopping without the pressure, but still had a very knowledgeable, helpful attitude. I will definitely be back and sharing my experience with everyone I know local in NC. Thank you for such an amazing experience :)

I have never stepped foot into a Sleep Number mattress store before, assuming the mattresses would be the most expensive in the industry, and one which I would never be able to afford. But to my surprise, the bed that suits my husband and I the most was thousands of dollars less than a competitor’s store just a few doors down and another store a block away. Not only was it less expensive, but we also will get more for our money and it seems much higher quality than the mattresses at other stores. Sleep Number can adjust mattress firmness AND they also can have an adjustable base so that the head can incline as well as the feet. AND, each side of the bed can do this independently if you get the split mattress. All the adjustments occurred without sound, whereas the 2 other stores’ beds made noise when they were being adjusted. These beds are warranted for 15 years, so in my mind, this is a great purchase that I wish I would have made a bit earlier in my life.

I dread shopping/buying furniture as much a new car but Ebony made it like shopping with a good friend that is an interior decorator. She found me exactly what I wanted; a super comfy couch in cream (for $449), a mattress that felt like lying on a cloud and a gorgeous Art Deco bed frame. I came in $600 UNDER budget. So don’t dread, ask for Ebony!

Don't bother. Their customer service reps don't want to sell a pillow and sheets when they "can call you before they leave...so you don't have to wait" I didn't want to wait....I wanted to buy a pillow and a sheet set? SMH

I just bought a new mattress from here and it couldn't have been friendlier or easier. I spoke with Melanie about my back problems and my need for a new mattress, as well as my budget. She assured me that we would be able to find something that would provide the support I need without busting the bank. In fact, she and Jim ended up finding me an incredible deal on a high end mattress that would have been way out of my price range. Overall, best experience I've ever had spending a lot of money (though still way less than I was expecting to spend). On top of that, the mattress was even better than they led me to believe, best nights sleep I've had since my youth!!!
