Karen helped me to find the pressure points. Had me try different beds with different thicknesses and added layers. Allowed me time to think on it without any pressure. Also answering all my questions on three different days. Overall great experience.

Karen was an absolute pleasure to work with. We went in looking for a coverlet or comforter for our king sleep number. We ended up with a comforter and sheets and she may have sold us a Climate 360. Time will tell. :-) Thanks Karen!
