Went in and female staff member not helpful. Asked if sneakers was in 2 different sizes, Westside over there than we don't have it. Had the box in my hand walk back to put it on the shelf and then she decided to follow me which I found to be very insulting, and saw me put the box back, continue to follow me until I until I walked out. Had I gone to Nike I would have been offered to see if they wanted to order it online and ship it to me for free yet that's not the customer service that I experienced today in your store.

Nya at the counter and her Manager Dee are top notch in customer service. A metal flower petal had fallen off a pair of flip flops that I purchased a couple days ago. I went in there fully expecting a 30 minute discussion. But Nya made it Lickity split fast and painless! She even ran to the back (fast) to grab my replacement flip flops. Top! Tier! Service!

There is DSW store in same shopping area but having this store is extra helpful. Only Skecher products, good sales. Always worth a visit.

Great experience. I recently shopped here for the first time. Today I made a return and bought my second pair of Skechers. Ciarra was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Such a nice staff member -- created welcoming atmosphere. Thank you.

I went to return some work tennis shoes that I bought online and the manager didn't even greet me or say a single word to me. I bought all my work tennis shoes online and I like the brand and quality but this terrible service in the store made me feel bad. valued as a buyer
