SheetZ is normally reliable for good road food options, sweets, and gas - everything you need for a road trip or quick stop for a snack. We have been to SheetZ thousands of times before today. We ordered milkshakes through the app and when we went to pick them up the outside of the containers were covered in some kind of liquid. The milkshakes themselves were sub par - definitely didn't look like the delicious photos throughout the store! My Reese's lovers shake had chunks of ice I was picking out and around with minimal actual Reese's. Tasted like watery, icy chocolate milk with a hint of peanut butter. Disappointed in our late night sweets!

5 stars across the board for this Sheetz!! Convenience Ln in Cary. Best Sheetz ever!The employee, I think his name is Chris, is one of the best employees I’ve ever met.My car alerted me my tire pressure was low. I pulled in but kept receiving a error message on the air pump. I walked in with the 2 kids that were with me. I was talking to the kids about how their water bottles had gotten hot and I told them to go pick out some nice, cold new water bottles. Chris came out from the back with two cups of ice cold water (without me even asking) handed them to the kiddos and asked if there was anything else I needed. I told him about the air pump. He walked out and inspected it and helped me get air in my tires. Before he walked back in, he extended his hand and told me “pleasure to meet you sir” (I gave him a fist bump) I am so impressed with this guy. How awesome!

Tasha is great! The heavier older white male is a bit snappy. Perhaps a younger more vibrant crowd? Why the sheetz not ?

I love Sheetz but this store always has an ice machine that isn’t working. I come for the fountain sodas and without ice, it just isn’t the same. The employees are great!

Ordering from this store is like gambling, if you win you get what you paid for, but if you lose, you get none of what you paid for. If you ordered through the sheetz app, you have no means of even getting a refund short of contacting your bank to report their fraudulent charge. Sheetz customer service number is completely useless and will refuse to help at all if anything goes wrong with an order through the Sheetz app.

This location is always clean and stocked. I order food from here sometimes and it’s always good too. The staff is friendly as well.

If I could give zero stars I would! I came in and ordered my food and some guy behind the line cooking the food accused me of stealing a charger and I told him that I put it down somewhere else and I even offered for him to check my bag and I'd empty my pockets and I proceed to and he wasn't satisfied so I bought a charger and then when he gives me my food he gave me a half empty bucket of fries like a child that didn't get what he wanted

Great place for a quick stop, not just for gas. Coffee, ice cream, wings, quick bites and much more. Love the chicken wings a lot. Kiosks let you choose your meal or drink and customize it by yourself. It has a nice and clean indoor and outdoor dining area with seating.
