We stoped in here on our shopping day at it was great! They were almost fully stalked with everything. (including drunk elephant) the employees were very helpful and friendly! 10/10!

Extremely disappointed. Went into the store to return an online purchase, had the order on my Sephora app on my phone (which is where I purchased the product). When giving the product to return, I put in my phone number at the counter and gave the cashier the product I wished to return. She had to get assistance from the person next to her, not sure if she was a manager or what.. I definitely hope not, hindsight I should have asked… So for the whole “transaction” I could hear what she was telling her to input. There was no barcode on the order, just the order number which I showed her. I asked her if I needed to click the “start a return” on the app because I didn’t want to click that prematurely without knowing (was hoping this might would provide the barcode). She told the cashier “how about we do this” and told her to click “no receipt”. She went through the transaction telling her things that I questioned to myself and clearly made no sense and told me that the refund amount would be on a merchandise card and I asked why? She stated it was because it was over 30 days. Which is interesting because it was ordered August 26th and I was returning it September 9th.. which you could clearly see on the order. She was adamant that it wouldn’t allow her to refund to my credit card because it had been 30 days.. but she didn’t even put my order number in.. It was all a lie and a bluff because she probably didn’t want to take a loss at the store. I told them I will just return online because I was beyond frustrated with the obvious deceit the was occurring. They could careless.

I have been a loyal customer of Sephora for quite some time now, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me disappointed and hesitant to return. While I've had many positive encounters at other stores, I have had two negative experiences at Fenton's location.Firstly, I'd like to acknowledge the wide range of products and brands that Sephora offers, which initially drew me to the store. Additionally, the staff, on many occasions, have been polite and knowledgeable, assisting me in finding products that suited my needs. However, my first bad experience occurred a few months ago when I was looking to purchase sunscreen for my face. I told the staff member that I had never purchased sunscreen for my face and I expecting her to suggest different brands and educate me about the products. She led me to one product on the shelf's end cap and then walked away. I had no idea what I was looking at and decided to look another day, leaving me with an unpleasant impression.My second experience at the Fenton locations added to my negative experience at Sephora was the need for more education on their policies and the consistency in applying them. As a customer, I have never been properly informed about the store's policies, including their Birthday Gift promotion.On my last visit, I came in with the expectation that I would be able to collect a birthday gift with my purchase. Excited about the opportunity to try out a new product, I made the qualifying purchase with the expectation of receiving the gift. However, to my disappointment, the associate at the checkout counter denied me the gift, claiming I needed to come in during my birthday month. I was surprised to hear that because for the past 4-6 years, regardless of the month, the associate would inform me that I hadn't collected my gift and that I could pick one out.Had I been educated about the promotion's expiration date, I would have made a more informed decision when I made my purchase. This inconsistency in applying policies left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall customer experience.

Jay ( colorful eyeshadow) helped me and my little cousin with Fenty samples yesterday, super nice?I've been wanting to try a produce for a while but was given a hard time at other stores. The ladies behind the register were very nice as well, and it was a busy day. My new favorite Sephora.

I highly recommend the makeup lesson with Trinity! My consultation with Trinity was absolutely fantastic. I learned a lot and found great products, but I also looked and felt great afterwards. For anyone looking for new products or techniques, this is an excellent service!

Wow~ walked in and hit the jackpot with Christina R's wonderful assistance. Christina was super friendly and helpful. After an enjoyable 30 minutes Christina brought me back to life with amazing brows and a perfect color match. I walked out feeling fabulous with my new brows leading the way.

I had a makeover today & loved it. My MUA, Trinity, was amazing. She was super funny and explained things to me. Afterwards she took me around the store and helped me get some products so I could make sure they were right & would work. Would definitely go back and have another one once I’ve mastered my everyday face

Are Sephora employees prison guards or beauty store assistants? It feels like they're always looming. I hate shopping at Sephora in person because they treat people like criminals-to-be. And it's not just this location either; maybe it's part of their training program. "Make sure customers always feel like they're unwelcome. Every customer is a potential thief!!!"It's a bummer having one so close to my home but hating going there so much that I'd rather wait for ground shipping than physically shop there.
