Rashmi saved the day AND I was the best dressed at the event... Aside from my beautiful sister the bride. I needed formal Indian attire for my sister's wedding in 2 weeks due to a shipping customs disaster with a different company. Rashmi saw the panic in my eyes and took care of everything. She let me try on countless outfits and there was a huge selection of women's attire to choose from. She graciously and patiently told me what would and wouldn't be appropriate for the formal black tie wedding and was very intuitive to my needs and style desires. I walked out feeling very confident with the perfect lehenga and jewelry! Thank you Rashmi and Sara Elegance for making this such a beautiful and memorable experience. Sara Elegance carries the most beautiful items! My husbands family is South Indian and I frequently need clothing for different events. I usually have to rely on someone going to India for shopping or online for party wear. In 2019, I had the worst experience with online. Nothing looked as pictured and the fit was terrible. I stopped in to Sara Elegance and was amazed at the quality and customer service. The owner has exquisite taste and helps put together beautiful outfits, down to jewelry if needed. Tailoring is done well and quickly.I shop here for all formal events and Lume for more casual items. Nothing beats this place!

Bought some lengha's and tops for a wedding, very happy with them! One of them needed tailoring which was done very quickly and neatly. Very impressed by the selection of the tops, and outfits in general. Rashmi was very very helpful and incredibly kind! If you are looking for any Indian attire or accessories stop by this store it is a gem! Thank you Rashmi! =)

This place is the best around Raleigh! I needed a lehenga skirt and choli for a wedding and they had so many options. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and they were so helpful. My boyfriend also needed a Kurta and Sara Elegance was so helpful in coordinating our outfits and helping find the best sizes for us. The ladies that work here are so knowledgeable and helpful, they offer such high quality clothes and customer service! 10/10!!!!

This was my first time getting an Indian dress, and I was kind of last minute. I asked to be a bridesmaid in my friends wedding, so also rushing for a time. I was instantly helped when I walked in and the owner, as well as another employee, were extremely helpful with bringing me things to try on, and showing me how to style them, and it was really fun! I think that actually ended up being my favorite bridesmaids dress, and I can absolutely wear the outfit as separate pieces again!

Surucha helped us find the perfect outfit for an Indian Gala we were attending. I had never been to Indian clothing store and she walked us through customs, and etiquette for the event. Everything turned out perfect and I was very comfortable with my selection.

This place is great to purchase formal Indian attire. They have great taste and quality. I purchased a chiffon pink saree in the past, and it was beautiful. The owner does work with a tailor, and they are able to customize the clothing to fit you.I had to knock off a star because of the price. So pricey. For instance, the men Kurta's range from 500-700$. @_@ I am able to purchase from and Indian designer online for a lower price. However overall this place is nice and the owner has an amazing taste.

Beautiful, clean, organized store. Helpful sales rep (I believe she was the owner). Slightly more outside of my budget than the other place I visited, but I would definitely recommend this store if you're balling out for an event.

This place is amazing! I found the perfect lehenga for an Indian wedding I attended. Felt so confident and beautiful in it. The customer service here was great. The ladies worked with me on getting the blouse altered just right. The store was clean and very organized.
