The owner, Jay, is so thorough, knowledgeable and unbelievably honest. I've been going to this shop for several years and the level of service I've received from him and his team is superb! The prices are better than most...along with the service.

If I could give Jay and the crew at Renaissance Auto Care more than 5 stars, I would! I take my Toyota Avalon to Renaissance for its regular oil changes and any other repairs that are needed. Jay takes the extra time to explain what is going on with my car and offer his advice and opinions. I never feel pressured or oversold. I know I'm getting a fair assessment and a fair price.
Jay genuinely cares for his customers and is committed to doing a good job. I recently took the Avalon in for an issue and Jay and his crew went absolutely above and beyond to help. Jay -- I am grateful beyond words.

They’ve been very honest. Each time I take my car to renaissance they’ve taken the time to walk me through any issues and their recommendations. They stand by their work. I had an issue that they corrected, a few weeks later they determined that the on board computer needed to be repaired by the dealership, they gave me a full refund. They do not over sell, they’ve explained they don’t want to put parts and labor into an issue before they’re sure it will fix the problem. I’ll definitely keep taking my cars back.

Terrible work! I changed oil at here last Tuesday (May21) morning, and today May31 my engine oil low level light is on, i checked the oil level, it showed very low, the oil is leaking, several oil stains on the ground of my garage. Will never come here again.

Wonderful service. Very knowledgeable. Solved a problem I've had with my car exhaust for years. Other mechanics and the dealership recommendations were no help. Renaissance had the answer. They provided excellent detailed findings and realistic recommendations at a reasonable price.

I'm a DIYer, and had hit a snag on an AC issue. Rather than schedule an appointment and charge me, the person on the phone had me consider an option I hadn't thought about. Low and behold, my AC is fixed and I can't recommend these guys enough. They truly just want to help. I'll be suggesting them to everyone.

The customer service here is top notch. Jay and Ethan were transparent with my repair, stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process, and provided quality service in great time.
I installed a defective thermostat housing on my Jeep (unknowingly, of course) and couldn’t figure out why it kept leaking coolant. I brought it in on a Monday or Tuesday and it was ready to pick up by Thursday afternoon. They used some of the parts that I had bought to try to fix it myself which saved me some money on the overall repair. They also provided a 2 year warranty for the work done and the housing that they installed. I can’t express enough how valued I felt as a customer.
At Renaissance Auto Care, you can expect exceptional customer service and quality auto repairs for a fair price. Thank you Jay and Ethan!

Renaissance did a great job on a last minute repair on my Ridgeline. Other places were quoting ridiculous rates but they did the job fast and at the lowest price in town! I highly recommend them!
