I had a fantastic experience working with Jess and Noah from the Cary location. I live about 2.5 hours away from the shop, and a deer ran into my 2023 Tesla Model Y in the Cary/Raleigh area while I was driving to see family. There was bad damage to my front bumper, headlight and passenger side door. I frantically showed up on a Saturday (while they were closed) and Jess happened to be inside that day and welcomed me in without hesitation. She took down all my information, and got to work right away following up with me first thing Monday morning. I filed a claim and they did a great job working with my insurance company. Jess was a fantastic communicator throughout the entire process and made it easy for me with the distance I live away from the shop, being extremely flexible and accommodating. The whole process from start to finish took a little over a month, and the body work done was immaculate. You'd never think there was any damage done to the vehicle, and I'm very meticulous when it comes to my car. Honest people and quick turnaround times (aside from waiting for backordered Tesla parts, which is out of the shop's control). Can't recommend the folks at Relentless Collision (Cary location) enough.

The Relentless team were welcoming, kind and they executed the job quickly and efficiently. Noah walked me through the process and handled all the insurance communication as well as helping with the final walk through when completed, which made the process so seamless and easy. The front desk girls know there stuff , from the first phone conversation to meeting in person they got the ball running and smoothly handed my job off to Noah which assisted in completing the work so quickly and so cleanly. Awesome work, they will be my go to from here on out. Make them your first call !

After purchasing a brand new Tesla MYLR, we were in an accident a week later. We took it directly to Relentless Collision in Cary and met with Noah. He checked it out and gave us a quote on the damages. Noah was amazing throughout this entire process. He was constantly updating us on parts, and when the work was starting. They even had it completed before the time frame they originally estimated. I cannot recommend Relentless enough .. they are truly top notch and my car looks just like the day we purchased it! I took in my Tesla Model 3 into the Cary location (twice actually for two different issues) and both times had an absolutely remarkable experience!!! The first time was paint related where someone had backed into me in a parking lot, which ended up really doing a number on the bumper. I'm REALLY picky on how my car looks, so as you can imagine I was very bummed out and very skeptical on how the repair would turn out. Well, lemme tell you, my worries were entirely in vain, as Relentless knocked it out of the park with the repair!!! As a former used car salesman, I have an eye for picking apart vehicles and finding evidence of past collisions but their work was absolutely spotless and seamless! I was blown away with how great it turned out!The second time I went was because a rock had fallen off of a truck on the highway and cracked the back glass, which as I'm sure you know is NOT a cheap repair on a Tesla since the whole roof is glass. Well, yet again, Relentless Cary came to the rescue with perfectly fitting OEM glass in next to no time so I was back to looking sharp again right away!The service is incredible, the work is beautifully and masterfully executed, and the follow up after the repairs was professional, and not pushy or persistent. I would recommend Relentless Collision to friends and family 10/10 times! All body shops should strive to be half as good as they are!Service: Painting

I was referred by Mercedes Benz dealer in Cary for body work on my 2022 S class. Every part of the transaction went great. I won’t call out my insurance but was glad they paid the full invoice after Noah and Jessica worked them through any questions. Paint looks glossy and brand new. I totally trust their certified repair and how they explained the safety calibrations. Everything was just excellent, highly recommend. There is no way I would use an insurance referred body shop on my $130,000 new car. Thanks again Relentless Collision!

Our Tesla Service Rep recommended we send our car here for estimate and repair, after the Tesla Service Center repeatedly damaged it. She said this was their go-to repair partner.From what we can tell, Relentless told us one thing when speaking to us, but then threw us under the bus when talking to the Tesla executive in charge of signing off on the work - saying their quote to fix was so high - $17K - because 'we wouldn't be satisfied unless we had a brand new car....'and then someone called the Tesla exec daily demanding our car be removed?Unless the Tesla exec misrepresented what occurred. The result was that our car sat on their parking lot for months and was never fixed. And we had to push to get a straight answer on either side as to what was going on. During their initial inspection, however, their mechanics pulled apart the driver side door and put it back together again, to check it for safety...but now we have a brand new issue - the door handle closes so slowly - imagine a quiet-close toilet lid - that the door won't lock shut and bangs back open unless you push the handle down yourself manually. I left the owner two emails months apart - to which he never responded. I've now left a voicemail. The only other option to get someone's attention would be driving the car there in person.We imagine it's easy enough for them to put right, but it is hard to believe we aren't being intentionally ignored. This isn't choosing whether or not to take a job - it's fixing something they caused.I thought about not posting this, but this is just not accountable business practice.Yet another reason not to operate a Tesla in the Raleigh area. Relentless was supposed to be the white knight, a lone Tesla-authorized body shop with a good rep.If we can't trust the Tesla service center and we can't rely on Relentless, I don't know where that leaves the many Tesla owners here.
