The morning crew was very rude today to us and our dog. We weren’t aware it was service animals only and two individuals were aggressive and rude in pushing us / escorting us out.

I've been climbing at TRC since they first opened.in Morrisville. Routes and bouldering areas are great ( though I miss J Provetero's awesome rlute setting, staff is friendly, and the events are cool. Definitely 5-star.

We went to REI in cary for getting a back pack for hiking as mine isn’t correctly size which M/L and no adjustments can made. When the sale assistant gave us a help and advice getting my measurements I end up to XS/S sizes. While in REI they gave me chances to try it in shop I requested to put a 15KG / 33lbs in the back pack since I know I manage to carry it and any changes I can make it low. I feel the difference to the bag pack I had since I had a short torso. The bag pack has great adjustable straps and the bag pack itself from XS to M. Its has a capacity of XS/S: 52 liters
S/M: 55 liters.
We bought it with others stuffs, as the salesman assisting us name Derek he did a good job helping us and advise what is the difference between other stuff, his experience and knowledgeable.
Take his advice to test hike and did it in first time in Observation Tower ,NC it was heavy but manage to adjust when needed, two days later did the hike in Virginia. I told to my husband no returned or exchange I love this bag pack Gregory.

Love this location and excellent customer service but just took one star ⭐️ off since items are quite pricey and expensive but fortunately price isn’t an issue in my family but it is nice they have occasional sales. I will definitely be back.

Actually came in to do a return. As a member, they allow certain items to be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
The person who was behind the counter was straightforward and efficient, and we were able to have the process done in a timely manner. When there was an item that they could not return to the original card, we were given many different options.

Despite the high prices; if you're ever in need of a quality product to match near about any adventure, here is where the best gear is to be found. Not only will the employees give sound advice as what you'll need for your trip, but they will also help you with finding the proper accommodations to make the adventure more enjoyable. The equipment is without a must-have due to the 10% back annually as well as their warranties on gear.

I LOVE REI. I spend too much time in REI... I like being able to see/touch/try on gear before I buy. Staff is great. They see if you need help but leave you alone if you don't - no pressure. They know about the products so they help you make an informed decision. Membership is a plus as you get points to redeem. Gear selection is good. Camping, climbing, bikes, etc. They have a range from economical to high end. Anything for your budget. Returns are easy. I like the classes the staff lead as I always learn something new.

Gift exchange policy is awful. I was gifted a shirt and just needed a different size but was refused because I didn't have a gift receipt and the person who purchased it didn't put it on their REI account. They offered to get the manager but he was rude and unwilling to help. I wasn't asking for a refund, just a different size. Will not be purchasing things from here anymore.

We've been shopping here for years but this review is about the bike repair shop. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. We worked with Vinit and he gave us a lot of time and evaluated the bike in front of us and showed us what needed to be replaced and why. MVP employee right there!

They have high quality outdoor products here which is great. You have to pay top dollar for this but you can find good sale prices at times. You just have to be diligent when looking for them. Because the products are top quality they will hold up and last longer so it is a good trade off for the price.

Bike repair shop staff was extremely kind and gave us advice to repair our stroller even though they could not fix it in store. Nice selections and store is clean.

Went to REI today to get my bike I just built tuned up and was helped out by Mark from the Bike Shop. This was my second time dealing with him and he is always going the extra mile for customer service. This dude rocks. He never fails to serve with a smile. He showed me some things he recommended I do with my bike for home care and showed me how to do it. This man has my business all day any day and I hope he gets a raise soon.
