We have been going to Quartet Rehab for our 16 year old dog for over a year, and have seen amazing improvement. We recently needed her to be seen by their ER and the experience was top notch. Their staff was beyond caring and professional. The vet was attentive. They were able to see us right away. I think they go above and beyond for the animals they see. The techs are very seasoned as well.

I took my dog Bailey to their emergency care for minor injuries resulting from a dogfight. They were fast and efficient--no wait at all and both the doctor and the other staff people were very competent and explained things well. I appreciated vet's advice to use an old t-shirt instead of a cone to shield the wound on her body from scratching. Initial exam fee was $160. I suppose that is typical though not sure.

This place has been great. The staff is so friendly and takes care of my furry buddy. We have been there couple of times and yes its expensive. Expensive as in all other places are too. I wonder why a ligament surgery would coat $6k! We have no insurance.I am not complaining about this place but all surgical centers.

Rude staff beyond belief that doesn't want to help in anyway with your problem. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. It's a scam.

Staff was wonderful. They gave my dog excellent care and kept me informed. I believe that they saved her life. It is obvious that they care.

I have used Quartet for years without issue for both of my labs. Dr. Gallagher has always been pleasant. A few months ago I took my lab in for back leg issues. He had us in and out in less than 20 minutes even with X-rays and basically said "She's going to need surgery on both knees eventually but for now let her be a dog." Ok... I guess?? Could've used more detail but we will get to that when the time comes. Well, fast forwarded and she can barely sit without her legs shaking so I called wanting my clinical summary as well as X-Rays to get a second opinion. After all, surgery on BOTH knees is a huge procedure. Anyone would want to be confident knowing they are making the right decisions for their baby. This is when all went downhill... I was transferred to Dena who calls herself the manager. She wanted to know what it was I needed. I explained I wanted my dog's information so I could get a second opinion, especially since Dr. Gallagher was not very thorough in his last visit with me. Her response "That is very insulting to our doctors. People travel from other states just to see our doctors they are the best." At this point I was in shock... Not quite knowing how to respond. I explained it was going to cost over $10,000 and I wanted to be sure this was 1. What she needed and 2. The cost comparison could be less somewhere else per my regular veterinary office. Dena would not let me finish any of my sentences through our entire conversation and was just talking down to me the entire time. She asked if I was interested in making a recheck appointment so I agreed. She offered 1 time slot 11/22- I told her we were out of town. At that point she huffed and puffed, then offered an afternoon another time. I told her mornings are better (after all, she never asked what works for me- the client). Her response- "Never mind, I can tell you don't want this appointment and we need to reserve appointments for those that need them." Never in my life have I been treated this way by a professional doctor's office. Let alone one that thinks I'm going to spend $10,000 on my dogs knee surgery. Please do your research before taking your animal there. My dogs are my babies and I will do anything for them but if they treat me like this on the phone who knows what goes on behind closed doors!!

I took my 3 pound Yorky there with trouble breathing they admitted him and immediately put him in oxygen. I didn't find out until the next morning that he had pneumonia. They waited till the next morning to put him in antibiotics! I went in the next day to take food and meds since they didn't have them and asked to see him and I wasn't allowed to see him. They said I would upset him The next morning I demanded to see him and he really wasn't doing well. He probably should've been put down. My normal vet suggested giving him another day since he could be responding to the anabiotic's at 48 hours. Unfortunately my phone was on do not disturb and they called me to come in to try to put him down and I never got the phone call. However, I would've got a text, finally a call went through after he passed away and they told me that they had tried calling me. They actually told me I should give him a shot even though he had already passed away to accelerate the dying process. This made no sense but I was in shock and said go ahead! I demanded to see him and I'm glad I did. And my fragile state they made me feel bad like he suffered a lot because I could not answer the phone. There is no need to do that. I know don't think I will not take another pet here Their communication is lacking. You will be lucky if you get a call twice in a day.

Quick response, and conservative with treatment. Nice proactive capable staff. The absolute opposite of Banfield.

My dog had therapy and I discussed with them them issues he have of drinking water but they still allowed him to in hydrotherapy and he threw up all over in my car. Then he was very uncomfortable we we first got home and needed surgery as he couldnt move his left leg. Their program didn't take my concerns or his issues in to consideration. My dog was doing well and recovering from his surgery last year and then first day of therapy he needs immediate surgery. My family and I ask for a meeting but they won't allow a meeting and wrote us off. The are not caring and I do not recommend.

Came in with cat fever and sick at 8 pm and waited 3 hours before the doctor seeing her. Even after $900 and labs , the doctor still didn't know what is wrong with my baby. Just to walk in to the hospital , at the door , you are notified of $250 fees for just being seen. Blood pressure checking $60!In addition, they told me to sit and wait in the lobby while my cat was taken away for hours to the back of the hospital until the doctor will see her. So, I am sitting and waiting in the lobby than I see other pets owners are coming out of back rooms, so I asked why am I the only one sitting here, I have the right to be with my kitty while awaiting to see the doctor. Only after my demand, they let me in one of the exam rooms with my baby . We saw the doctor 3 hours later. So , from 8 pm, we have left the hospital around 1 am.No one has called us the next day to check how my pet is doing and that's fine, I have made an apt with her regular vet to follow up on her apt.Not impressed, long wait, pushed me aside for hours, after paying almost one thousand dollars for this visit, we still don't know why she was sick. Please do yourself a favor and make an apt with your regular vet, unless your pet is near to.death, I would not go there.. thank you !

Although we received devastating news that ended in the painful decision to euthanize our beloved dog, the staff could not have been kinder or more compassionate as well as competent. The facility is clean with ample space for parking and for pets. I wish I didn't have to write this review due to the circumstances, but if that's the experience I had as a first-time client with the worst possible outcome, I would recommend Quartet for any pet care.

After recovering amazingly from her front leg amputation a couple of months ago, our greyhound injured her right hind leg, so that getting up after lying down and walking were excruciating. We lucked out and were able to take a cancelled appointment at the Vet Rehab Hospital. Dr. Yunker was excellent. She seriously examined our dog, voicing the possibilities along the way, like a detective, and was able to zero in on her patella and stifle. Then she shared her thoughts about the best treatment options. It was a relief that there were so many, most of which were non-invasive, such as massage, laser treatments, spinal adjustments and herbal supplements. Overall, I felt that I was treated as an equal and that the doctor, her vet tech and I became a team to help our dog heal. I left feeling optimistic, glad to move forward with our plan and fascinated with the veterinary art/science.

Wonderful that their 24 hour clinic took one of our dogs in and fixed her leg she somehow couldn't walk on. This was when another relative wanted to wait and see what would happen and not rush to action, partly because she's a doctor too. She was treated and recovered perfectly, thank you so much. I wanted to thank the clinic over the phone, but I likely had difficulty with the menu options or hours or something, I don't remember.

I have a 12 year old 85 lb pointer mix that had BOTH knees reconstructed here 10 and 11 years ago, respectfully. He's still alive and quite mobile!!! This procedure is a miracle and worth the expense. Here's a pic from just last year at nearly 12 years old after hiking up to the highest point in Grayson Highlands State Park in VA. No small feat for any dog of his age, much less a large dog with two artificial knees. The knees are better than what he was born with. What a great life he's enjoyed.
