Called 30 different pharmacies trying to find my ADHD meds no luck until this Publix Pharmacy. The Pharmacist was super nice unlike the 30 previous places I called. He warned me about the high price and took great care of me in general. I don't live near here but I'll definitely fill my future scripts here solely based off of this interaction!

Shout out to Cody the pharmacist who works here. He went above and beyond and managed to get my prescription cost reduced by $20 using a discount card. He also filled my prescription on time.

I want to express my gratitude to the store manager for addressing my concerns as a customer. However, I had a negative experience with the Deli manager during a recent visit to Publix. I had placed an order for wings for a playoff party, and when I went to pick it up, the prices at the register didn't match what I was quoted by the assistant deli manager, Rob. The deli manager insisted on the higher price and even called Rob in front of me to dispute our initial conversation. It became an uncomfortable situation as they debated the quoted price. I felt frustrated as a customer, especially when the deli manager seemed to doubt my version of the conversation. I requested to speak to the store manager, and fortunately, the store manager resolved the issue by honoring the originally quoted price of $13.99. While I appreciate the store manager's prompt resolution, the entire incident left me feeling embarrassed in front of other customers for over 20 minutes. Due to this experience, I have decided not to shop at that particular Publix again. Despite the positive resolution, the initial encounter has impacted my overall satisfaction with the store. Just horrible. Wasted time and energy and increased my stress level dealing with Olivia. She needs to be fired. Keeps condescendingly telling me she wants to help but does the opposite. Out of state visiting lost my prescription. Need like 3 pills until I can get them from back home. Won't sell or give me them. It's for my thyroid nothing out there and nothing expensive even though I said I will pay cash and prove inhave a prescription. Nope. And won't even tell me how much it would cost. Meanwhile the store manager Scot is standing there behind me watching everything but not intervening and I didn't even know he was there until I turned around to leave. Useless like lipstick on a pig. Why are the Publixes in Georgia and Florida so much better? Avoid this store

Publix is undoubtedly the best pharmacy in the Morrisville/Cary when it comes to long term meds without insurance, like meds for blood pressure etc. They honor the Good Rx and have the lowest prices compared to Walmart, Walgreens etc. Besides that the pharmacists are very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend them for aforementioned scenario.

Pharmacy kept my son waiting in pain for hours, even after they said it would be ready at 5 pm. He has a shattered elbow, and they completely ignored him as we waited another 45 minutes. They had no other customers and no explanation other than they were working slow this day. This is how they prioritize their customers. This is how they treat children.

I love Publix. I lived in Florida most of my life so grew up with Publix stores around. I didn't go in one until I was an adult but it has remained my favorite store since. One reason is the always fantastic bakery. Whether you special order or get something from the bread section, everything is always good and super fresh. I ordered a cake from this location that had one layer of vanilla cake and one layer of chocolate with strawberries for filling. It was so good and the decorations were amazing. Even the sides of the cake were decorated! With a birthday cake you have to have ice cream and Publix has won awards for their brand. Once you try it, nothing else measures up for sure. This store is always clean , well arranged and employees are helpful. I only wish it was closer to home, but I enjoy going in when I can.

Fantastic Clean Reasonable pricing Shopped Publix 35 years in Florida. A Bit different Style Here in N.C. Something missing in how the stores are run and certainly not as clean. Cannot put finger on it but a little off with quality of service and when asked about the different negative posts told by customer service person the staff does not pay attention to those post because those people are not really their customers imagine how the real customers are treated. I regret to report a disappointing experience at this establishment. We placed an order for a specific cake, but unfortunately received a different item instead. Mistakes happen, but it was the response from the staff that truly marred our experience. Rather than showing understanding and a willingness to rectify the situation, the staff exhibited rudeness which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.We had hoped for a pleasant experience supporting a local business, but this encounter has left us feeling dissatisfied.

The quality of the food like the meats, the vegetables,the fruits, the bakery..etc and the customer service makes this a 5 star place to buy groceries. Publix also offers a variety of choices/brands for items too. Definitely exceeds expectations. While items are slightly higher in prices than other grocery stores, you do get what you pay for. I highly recommend Publix.
