Our son has been at Primrose for about 2 years and will be graduating the pre-k program this week. We have absolutely loved our experience at Primrose. Our little guy has a ton of energy. Each day (depending on the weather of course) he had the opportunity to go outside an play on the playground twice. The teachers also set aside some time to play a bunch of games/sports. Throughout the day we received messages of all the things that he was doing and learning (books he was reading, activities they were working on, crafts, letters that they were learning, etc). This allowed us to have conversations about what he did once he got home. The teachers and staff have provided such a warm and conducive environment for learning. Over the past few years we have noticed a significant improvement with our son's overall growth (social emotional skills and just excitement to learn). He absolutely loves school and I can't thank all the staff enough for being a huge part of that. He is definitely ready for his next adventure.

My daughter has been at Primrose for 2 years and will be heading to kindergarten this summer. She loves Primrose and has loved all of her teachers! We will be sad to leave but happy to continue learning new things on top of what she has learned at Primrose.

I absolutely adore my child's preschool! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The teachers and staff are incredibly caring and nurturing, creating a safe and loving environment for my little one to grow and learn. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, incorporating play-based activities. My child comes home every day with a smile on his face, filled with stories of the fun and exciting things they've done at school. I am grateful for the wonderful community and the positive impact it has on my child's early education journey.

Ever since Cassidy Was fired i have been looking for a new childcare center, because i feel as though she was an amazing teacher and was let go for no reason.

The owner Neeti is a very unorganized, rude, and careless. Not only has many staff quit because of her actions she makes her staff uncomfortable everyday. She continues to fire staff and teachers that are greatly appreciated. Do not enroll your children here if you would like a peace of mind while they are not in your care.

Primrose has been great to my daughter and myself in the almost 2 years we spent here. Hate and love to be moving on up into kindergarten this year. Avi has had the best teachers and kindest classmates.

First and foremost, thank you to all the staff that work so hard for our kids to have an exceptional, educational, and fun filled day along with delicious meals the kids enjoy.Second, both the admins, owner, and teachers are kind and patient and every time I’ve raised a concern, have a comment or question, they answer, address, and do so with patience and understanding. We have been with Primrose for almost a year and my daughter is happy to arrive every single day. That speaks volumes!A special thank you to Ms. Angela and Ms. Annette. They are amazing, kind, and patient. Funny enough, my daughter asks for “my Angela and my Annette” every morning. I think that shows the type of care and love kids receive. So thank you Primrose! If you’re considering enrolling your baby, toddler, or child here, do it! Trust me, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your precious baby is being cared for and loved.

Neeti and Team:This center is AWESOME! Such a wonderful family oriented environment. Our daughter looks forward to going to school each day and being with her teachers and friends. We feel safe with her being there and don't have a concern in the world. The security system of door keypads, high iron fencing, and personnel always being at the entrance makes us know that our child is safe and secure.Kudos to the entire staff for their excellent hard work in ensuring not only our child but every child is safe at Primrose. We cannot thank you enough.Kevin & Christy

Please read what Karia has written. My granddaughter was the one who was handed to a stranger. The owner has been very concerned about the ramifications of this incident and the impact it will have on her business. It has been devastating and life changing for my daughter. Can you imagine arriving at the daycare to pick up her daughter, only to find her missing and the workers were not aware that this had happened. The owner has never apologized to my family. A 5 star rating doesn’t mean anything if incidents like this happen, nor do written policies mean anything if not being followed. I don’t care how many years experience the owner has in the childcare field, proper management, being present and staff training are essential in maintaining a safe environment. My granddaughter was not kept safe and I thank God every day she was returned. It could have ended so much differently due to their neglect in ensuring my granddaughters well being. Here are the findings from the investigation by the NC Department of Health and Human Safety.Name of Operation: PRIMROSE SCHOOL OF CARYFacility ID: 92003794 Consultant: PAMELIA CARMONOperation Type: Center Case Number: 0323-105AVisit 0/2023 Number Present: 107Completed 0/2023 Age: From 0 To 5Total Minutes: 118 Time In: 11:02 AM Time Out: 01:00 PMTime In: Time Out:List to Use: CenterType Of Visit: Complaint VisitAnnounced/Unannounced: UnannouncedThe purpose of this unannounced visit was to investigate allegations of violations of child care requirements at this child care facility. My daughter goes here in the pre-k class! We absolutely have loved how they incorporated Spanish in the classroom and yoga. My daughter comes home everyday asking if tomorrow ms. Maggie is coming! We would recommend everyone to bring their children!! The new management and owner are amazing. We feel safe knowing our baby girl is in a loving environment! 10/10

Updated: We have both our kids at Primrose and they have been there for several years now. The continuity of the new staff and management are very caring and delightful. What really impressed us was the way that the director and the front staff were really connected to our kids and just showered a lot of affection towards them. That showed that the staff really cared about the kids in the school and that continued even after enrollment. They have a lot of fun activities for the young ones and toddlers including fun activities, water play, picture day, father's day, mother's day, halloween and so on. The teachers seem to really enjoy connecting with the little ones and strive to engage them in learning, motor skill development as well as paying importance to early childhood development. So far, we have had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

This facility and the people are amazing! I personally waited until my son was 2 years old before starting daycare, and I am so thankful I found this place. Not only was his first teacher amazing for his transition period, but the thought, consideration and patience for each child to grow and learn in their own spaces makes this a special place. From the initial tour when the owner was obviously front and center with day to day operations, to the caring, thoughtful teachers, I cannot say enough great things about this place! Ms. D and Ms. Delight will forever hold special places in our hearts!!!
