I just dropped off a package today May 6 at 3.20pm and couldn' t believe how rude this customer service guy (only one in the store ) was. He should be fired. He refused to give me his name. I really appreciate if the owner would respond this review ASAP.

There is some "kid" who works here who is literally some snide rude little shit with a horrible attitude. He talks down to people and is incredibly unhelpful and for some reason, bizarrely arrogant. I'm actually fairly shocked the owner allows him to continue there.

Review for usps only. Costs twice as much as post office. Was told priority mail would be picked up that day but was not. Lesson learnt. Will go to official usps locations next time(gas station on nc 55).

Is there a way to give negative stars? This will be my first and last time using this place. I was at this location on 10 Mar 2023 @ 2:20 pm. The crerks customers service is pretty much close to 0 or non existant. This clerk threw all professionalism out the window. IDK if he couldnt comprehend my question or he just had his head far up his behind, but this young man was disrespectful. If they cant even treat their customer in a professional manner, I cant trust them with my packages.

I’ve had it with this store. Their “store hours” is a guessing game. They say they are open and just put “will return by this time “ and then aren’t even there by the time they say they will return. It’s a convenient location but extremely unreliableIn response to owners reply. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. It has been a several times in the past few months

I'm not sure who hired the current young man working, but he is NOT customer friendly. Extremely condescending and not helpful. He is making this location look bad.

They advertise that there is a notary here, but when I went in today I was told that there isn't one at this location. Just wanted others to know.

Customer service is extremely important in this very competitive market. It is so easy to lose a customer, and requires huge effort to gain one. I’m writing to share my experience I had with PostalAnnex@ 12218 Bradford Green SquareCary. I went to this store to send a document via Fedex, and it also required a mailing label. The clerk charged me $41 for two days shipping. The next day I needed to mail similar sized document again, but this time I went to a Fedex store, it only costed me $11. That’s a huge difference. I went back to the PostalAnnex and questioned the big price difference. The same clerk who waited on me the previous day said” this’s a private company, I can change whatever I wanted .” I was speechless. I didn’t mind to pay higher price for excellent service. But with his rude attitude I just left without any reasoning. I paid “tuition”for my experience, but I don’t want others to have the same fate. Needless to say, I’ll never go back there.

DONT come to this shop. This little s*** who works behind the counter on a Saturday is extremely rude and unknowledgeable. He cares more about reading his comic books then he does about anything else. Huffing & puffing with extreme annoyance as a customer arrives at the shop while still muttering how can I help you under his breath, but his annoyance shows in his actions & tone. If you ask for a pen - oh go grab one there (behind his counter where he should've handed us one. If I were the owner, I'd be upset about a customer teaching behind the counter that had mail on it and some looked like checks). If you have a postal box here - beware of this. He didn't even know what a security envelope was and his snide remark when I asked for an envelope, was: Its the exact same envelope as the one you have. (LOL). 1) It shouldn't matter why I want another envelope, Im a paying customer. 2) It was not, and in fact he did hand me an envelope that had security inside of it and I explained this is what a security envelope is. He rolled his eyes. If you're going to work behind a counter as customer service, then you should know these things AND/OR be open to learning them. Then the postman came in and I asked to please take my letter which he was doing. I heard him mutter- Good enough. (What does that mean?). Then he said don't worry about it - its tracked so you'll be fine. That WASN'T my point, again, little know it all, I needed to make sure it went out today and was stamped by the post office with today's date for my own personal reasons. This store owner should be appaled to let this 'kid' who thinks he knows it all but clearly doesn't, who's rude assanine behavior keeps customers at bay. What a little s*** l****** Don't go here!!!

This location used to be great but recently the staff are not helpful and rude, same person past 2 or 3 times.I went in to ask for a label and an envelope for a return letter (to include a single price of paper) that I would pay for and give to the sender later and because I didn't have an actual package and only an envelope they said they cannot Sell me a shipping label even flat rate, and that I should go somewhere else.Thy said I could get that label and put it inside an envelope and then ship to myself the envelope containing the label but I can't just get a label. Makes sense?So il take my buisness elsewhere in the future.

Big open sign but locked with a sign saying coming back at 3:00 and the guy that works there was sitting in his car right in front of the store playing on his phone. He has terrible customer service and I am done with this store.

Customer service is terrible at this location. Also I have gone multiple times during business hours and they are closed without explanation. Highly recommend going to the UPS store down the street.
