I went to do a wiring transfer after first failed to do so at the Peston Corners office two days ago. After taking a look at the transfer instructions from the receiving institution, the banker was very hesitated to take on the task and suggested that I do a check deposit at local office of the receiving institution instead. The disadvantage of check deposit is that fund is not fully available in seven days as in wire transfer the fund is available almost instantaneously . I was really disappointed by the service received at those two local offices.

Bank is great but this is the slowest least attentive branch I've been to. All I need is a withdrawal and it takes forever, Every time.

The employees are nice but the bank itself is horrible. Online banking is a nightmare to use, avoid like the plague if you use online banking at all. Be prepared to have holds placed on your cards/accounts and being told how much of your money you can spend.

The employees are nice but the bank itself is horrible. Online banking is a nightmare to use, avoid like the plague if you use online banking at all. Be prepared to have holds placed on your cards/accounts and being told how much of your money you can spend.

Worst drive-thru EVER. Prepare to sit in line for, at least, 30 minutes… at least. I kid you not. You’re also trapped in line because of the layout.

I worked here for 9 months. I was killing it in sales but I don’t like how I lost my commission once I left. I do think this was a great institution but I will say I came up with processes that if implemented would have worked. Oh well guess I’ll never know!

I have problem on my account and I can’t get any help because no customer service after 10 pm I have to wait until next day go fix my problem definitely not recommended

Michael and Ray were both great bankers and now they both have left. I miss them so much because they were both so knowledgeable and personable. Current PNC tellers and bankers are nice as they can possibly be but they just can't compare with previous employees. PNC please treat your good employees better so they don't leave!!! I changed my 2 star review to a 1 star because my wire transfer was done incorrectly. For the love of God, please don't put incompetent people in charge of transferring money, especially overseas.
