I was kinda shocked walking in with the amount of stuff they had in the small place available, There is an excellent selection of all kinds of gear but there is hardly any room to walk around and most the gear is in 2.5 feet tall baskets making it very difficult to look through and find what you want. I was there 30 min couldn’t I was looking for and asked the ppl in the front and received very little help at all. They also wouldn’t refund my 3 week old purchase and gave me less than half of what I paid for trade in for new one. They were friendly and nice to my kiddos. But I would go expecting to spend some time there.

I stopped at this location on the way home from the beach to purchase my son football cleats and a mouthguard. He wore the cleats that evening to practice and less than an hour in, the bottoms of the shoes came apart on both shoes, exposing his toes and making it impossible for him to run or participate in workouts. I reached out to this store via email; customer support, and no one has reached back to me. I understand that this is a second hand shop, but the products that are sold should be able to be used a few times before they fall apart. Not to mention, the store is crammed pack full of stock. It is very small and a tight place to shop and browse for your items.

The customer service is trash. They speak when your white, and when they walk past. When you walk past they stop talking. Been in here 5+ mins, no help what so ever, smh. Didn't have this problem at the raleigh location. I'll take my money somewhere else.

One of the most well stocked play it again's i have ever seen.The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help in picking out gear, or right sizing items for needs.I was in looking for hockey goalie equipment and could not find it in the main store; the employee asked what i needed and walked me down to their overflow location that was absolutely filled with new and used goalie gear. They have everything you could need to get back on the rink, and just about 200 goalie sticks to choose from.Great store, great staff, and fair prices across the board.

I went to this place to find some football gear. As soon as I walked in the smell of the place was just foul and they had everything all over the place, unorganized and the place was dirty. Unless u can’t smell don’t come here or spend your money here, this place is horrible.

Large inventory of disc golf discs but you're forced to sort through overstuffed Rubbermaid bins to search their used disc inventory. Prices are 30% higher than other used retailers in the area. I'd love to see the inventory be easier to look through/not warped due to storage if they want to charge that premium.

I like the store. however, I was hoping to get used weights but was shocked how overpriced . I went on Amazon and found new weights for about 40-45 % cheaper. Definitely price check before buying.

Incredible any of these places are still in business. Used equipment for basically new prices. They don't really do anything to refurbish stuff. The employees always act like you are an inconvenience. Makes me sad because a quality used sports place would be really nice.
