I had scheduled an appointment with the Cary, NC office on 11/27 for the Chapel Hill Rd location. I had noticed this location when I visited a restaurant next door. I was not able to log in with my email to fill out the forms, so I called and was told the scheduler had put in incorrect information for my email. The person I spoke to corrected the info and asked if I knew where they were located. I said yes, on Chapel Hill Rd next to Jasmin. While filling out the form, I noticed that the original person had also incorrectly spelled my name on the insurance part. I had an appointment today at 7am for the Chapel Hill location and when I arrived the windows had tape and no signage. I called the number and got no answer. I googled another location and was told that my appt was for them and this location closed. I told her I was 15 mins away (it took me 10 mins to get to the first location) and I would be late. She said that's ok. I got to the new location 20 mins later(traffic)and was told that since I was late I would have to rebook for later in the day because everyone was busy. I asked why I wasn't told this before driving there, and she said the new girl answered and didn't know.It took me 15 mins to get there with a total of 40 mins driving start to finish.I will be contacting a different place for my needs as this was too unprofessional and mismanaged.I hope the new girl is more competent than the main receptionist.

What a great place! Over the years I've gone to 4 different PT places for a variety of issues. the last one told me they couldn't help me and I needed surgery. Well, I didn't need surgery, just a different PT provider.

I was referred to Pivot physical therapy for lower back exercises and expertise. It has been a focused effort to address pain and educate me on a positive way forward. I am very pleased thus far and appreciate their professional team approach in a comfortable environment.
