Loved this place! When we got our dogs, we brought them here every time we left for Vacation. Always a sight to see when coming back to happy pups. Maybe a tad too happy but we are always happy to use them as our go to. Folks there are sweet, welcoming and always helpful.

I was very disappointed with Sara the manager at the pet hotel in cary NC. I was told my daughter's dog was playing with other dogs and having a good time the 3 takes I dipped him off. Was told today because of breed restrictions he has been by himself. If I new that wouldn't have brought him. Each time the person at the desk said he did great. Will never bring my dog and any dog I own there ever again

This place is great for your fur babies. The people are nice and my dog has a great time. Try it out for yourself. Highly recommend.

They do have some good sales someOf time for toys and equipment but I am still not impressed with food options and they should add some more farm to table stuff

I’ve been taking my dog to PetsHotel for several years and have received excellent service and confident that he is in good hands. It’s great that I’m able to call and check in to see how he is doing and I appreciate that day camp is now included.

Staff was very friendly and understanding with my nervous little dog. She came out happy and hyper. They had to put the temporary collar on her in another room, away from me, because she was doing a few air snaps as a warning. They said she was nervous but eventually warmed up and played a little with the other dogs. There is a sign about some air purification technology, so even though there is no outdoor time I think it is clean. I will happily use them in the future! I also like that there are no big blockheaded fighting breeds in the same play area for safety.

We came in with our two dogs. Tyler was incredibly helpful in filling out the forms and checking vaccines. The hotel itself smelled and looked clean.

Really like this place and so does my pup. We've tried another, popular pet hotel nearby and after 2 failed stays this one hits homeThe people are nice and the prices are reasonable. It's just a no frills, quality pet boarding location for someone who doesn't need to put their dog in their own mini apartment for the weekend.

Took my 3 dogs there while went to the Bahamas for 5 days. We where quoted $80 a night for the room no matter the dog number. When re teurned to pick up our dogs the the bill had gone from an estimated $550 to the outreagour price of of almost $1500 FOR THE 5 DAYS! Not only that but all of our dogs where returned to us sick with kennel cough even though they had been vacinated for it. Here it is almost 5 weeks later and multiple trips to the vet for all of them and the sickness they caught there will not go away. they are sneezzing ,coughing , and hacking constantly. Do not take your animals there as they will lie about what you will be charged and they will most lickley come home sick. Our vet said it was because the facility was not clean and disinfected regularly.

I received 5 star service at this location. The store employees provided great customer service and talked through options for car sickness for our puppy. The cashier was super nice, too. This was also our puppy's first groom. They did great and were super nice throughout the check in and check out process. They trimmed just as discussed. She was so clean, soft, and fluffy. They will now be our regular groomer.

We went on vacation and left our two dogs here. During the trip we got a call from Janet that our dog broke his leg while in there care. They treated diesel like he was their own. They also paid for the emergency care up to the surgery. Can't say enough good things about this place will go back anytime.

My dog LOVES all the people caring for her when I'm out of town. She gets super excited as soon as we exit the highway. Thank you so much for taking such great care of her when I'm traveling.

I have brought my pet many times and they treat her really good. I can call and check up on her. They are very detailed and give great customer service.
