This past Saturday I had the pleasure of receiving wonderful customer service from Hannah and crew! I already have a plant problem but now I have an aquatic plant problem because of the exceptional customer service that is impossible to find these days, the information I was given, and the great prices! I can't wait to go back to get some more goodies!!

I just had the best experience at this Petco location and wanted to make sure to call out the great customer service. I brought my two dogs in for their first ever grooming and I encountered such kindness and care for my babies I had to leave a review. Javiya did an excellent job on Felix who can be a little nervous, his haircut is perfect. And Caroline managed to do the same for his sister, Annie, despite her being an expert escape artist. I feel very lucky to have brought my pups here today and to have had Javiya and Caroline to watch over them. We will absolutely be returning.

This review is strictly for Cary, NC/Crossroads store and online website. If you have to have prescription food for your animal PetCo is not rx friendly shopping at all even if you have the hard copy of your prescription. The whole experience was a nightmare.

Store is clean, staff is friendly, but it doesn't seem to have the same level of items, in stock, as the petsmart across the street.

I went to get my dog cleaned up and he hasn’t stop shedding since, and my dog has never shed this excessively! Went back to get treatment and the employee belittled me for not knowing what to do but made sure he got his sales.

The “vibe” at the Cary location was not good for me …. I didn’t feel like they cared particularly about “my” presence. Irregardless of what happens when I see a new vet for my dog, I will not refer anyone or make purchases at this location ever again.

Poorly managed disaster zone.
Couldn't look at what I wanted due to pallets of stuff everywhere. Stuff falling from pallets. Manager was in the "restroom" for 20 minutes. Agreed to 20% off of a busted up box since the ones were blocked by a full pallet. Box knife sitting on the floor. Safety hazard city. Ended up leaving without buying since ringing up the price didn't match the website. Never going back. Terrible experience. Heading to a different brand store right now.
Edit: got what I needed at another big name pet store that has the same first three letters, down the road, for literally $100 less. Same product specs, store brand.
