This shop exceeded all of my expectations! The people in the office are incredibly nice and are in constant communication on the status of the repair. They seemed to genuinely care about my car and experience, even saving and reinstalling some decals that were important to me. They seamlessly interacted with my insurance company. And the cherry on top is that it was done a week ahead of schedule! The work was fantastic and I could not be happier with the experience I had at Caliber/Performance Auto. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs body work done. Thank you Caliber/Performance Auto for such a great experience!

Brooks is the MAN! He is super reliable and efficient with any of your body shop needs. I got into a small accident that wrecked my suspension and alignment. My car had been sitting at another shop for 3 weeks and nothing had been done and my insurance was only going to cover my rental car for another week while my car was supposed to be getting fixed. My dad found Performance Auto Body around the corner from where I live and so I drove it down. Brooks took such amazing care of my car and was always calling me and my dad to give us updates on my car. It took them only a little over a week to get it fixed and I could not be more greatful to the Performance Auto Body team, and especially Brooks. I would recommend this place to anybody!!! They are great with communication, talking with insurances and getting things done!

Brook was fantastic when my car was badly dented. It was an insurance claim, and Enterprise got their wired crossed about sending over someone to get me for the rental car. Someone at Performance drove me over to Enterprise and got me going. When I got my car back, I saw they had not only cleaned it where they had done the repair, they even cleaned my wheels!Service: Body & Trim

One of our service vehicles unfortunately got wrecked when it hit a deer late at night. It caused pretty severe damage to the front end of the vehicle. These guys were able to work on our high top van and got it totally repaired within two weeks. They dealt directly with our insurance and took care of everything. This meant so much to us. They kept us updated throughout the process, there were no surprises, and now we have our truck back on the road and good as new. I will use them again and will refer them to others. Great service.
