My oldest two babies have been getting groomed with Sherrill for over 8 years. My new one has been going since we brought him home 9 months ago. I have been using their taxi service for years and the team is remarkably patient even when my babies are not really ready to go. The grooming is amazing and they always call and ask questions when needed. They are also very educated on grooming techniques and knowledgeable on what breed needs what services. I use them for home care when I travel and I've never had an issue. I recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and loving place to take their family pets.

5 stars no doubt. The owner was very thorough and kind. Her prices are very competitive. She cares about our pets and I trust her. I switched from a chain pet business to a small business for that reason of personal care for my pets. I would recommend this business for your pets!

My baby dog gets anxious around his private parts and his paws, but angelica was amazing with him! He was looking very handsome.

Staff were extremely communicative each day with photo updates taking into consideration I was nervous boarding my dog for the first time. I also had my dog groomed towards the end of her stay, which turned out adorable. Upon picking my dog up, and returning home, she was barely able to keep her eyes open in the car! I can only assume her playtime and the attention she was given was enough to keep her calm and happy. I appreciated that there were three separate areas, one for big dogs, one for medium dogs, and a quiet area for small dogs. They also returned leftover food. Very affordable - would definitely go back! My pup acted completely normal after pick up which was reassuring that she was comfortable.

Was really, really hoping to love it here. But very, very disappointed. The cut itself was great. They got my dog in quick. But, I asked upon dropping her off what the cost was.I was told $70 (which is usually what I paid - I just moved here).I showed them one spot on her that always mats because she rubs her face on the ground so her fluffy ears get matted haha. Previous groomer it was never an issue because they shave it down anyways, which is exactly what this place says.I get a text while they have her that she's doing great and they were dealing with a "tiny bit" of matting.Yet, when I pick her up I'm charged an extra $20 for "SEVERE matting." What a joke! She was not severely matted in the least. The groomer who charged as such - you're not making any extra money by lying and doing so. I would have probably tipped 50% with how happy I was - with availability, photos sent, and the cut itself. But the fact that they charged that when it just simply was not true really, really disgusts me.I'll be finding somewhere else and suggest you do too.

Our dogs always get excited when the driver arrives to take our boys to PPC. They demonstrate care and concern for our pets when we go out of town or for any other reason. It’s been great to have them cleaned, groomed and nails trimmed while in their care (additional cost). It’s been such a convenience to have our dogs picked up and dropped off alleviating the hassle of getting them there while packing to go on a vacation.

I have taken both of my dogs to Paws Pet for years for grooming and doggie day care. It has been a fabulous experience each and everytime. Sherrill, the owner is most kind and compassionate. Lisa grooms the dogs and she does a wonderful job!

Paws is the best place in the area for grooming and daycare! I only take my two rescues there (one former Dog Warrior alum) to Angelica, she is amazing and so kind and caring with my nervous pups. While you wait for your grooming to be done, you can visit with the dogs up for adoption through Dog Warriors. When you patronize Paws, you are also helping a local grassroots rescue, no brainer!

One of our Huskies had a huge hot spot, we left them during a trip (one week), and the day we were picking up the dogs we were notified one of them had a hot spot, its a very large one and obvious to sight, we believe it was left in the crate for the whole week as nobody noticed the issue, we took him to the doctor after returning from the trip and the whole front part of his neck was shaved by the vet, the spot is huge, I also was in the understanding that if something bad happened to the dog, they will take him to a vet after confirming you were OK with that, but because this was not noticed on timely manner nothing was done. Our dog doesn't get along with big dogs for what we were told that he was managed in a different way, what we translate as he is allowed to play at specific times. We used this facilities for about 4 years, and never had a problem before beyond dogs returning with kennel cough, we noticed though that our dog (the one with the hot spot) usually is desperate every time we pick him up.

Honestly? I will never bring my dog here again.Last year, I took my 4 year old lab to the vet to get all his shots up to date and to make sure he was healthy. All labs were clear. He was healthy and good to go. Vet said that he was fine to get boarded. So, the next day, I took my boy to Paws Pet Concierge in Cary for an initial visit, just to see how he would react. I also provided all paperwork from the vet... vaccines and a letter stating he was healthy with no issues. He loved it. The next day, I dropped him off, along with a full 16lb bag of his food. And 6 cans of soft food I had gotten from the vet. My family was going out of town for 6 days, so i made sure he had more than enough food.I left them my contact information and our vet (also in Cary) , just in case. On day 4, I received an text saying he was coughing. They sent a short video clip. I called and they said that he was sick when I brought him. I told them No, he was fine, since I had to have a vet give him a clean bill of health before I could board him. I told them to call our vet and if need be, take him. It was literally down the road from them. I would text every day, and get messages saying he was fine.Fast forward, we get home, I go straight to the boarding center to pick up my boy. They said he was sick and when I saw him, my heart broke. He had green snot oozing from his nose and he was coughing bad. Plus, he was wobbly. I asked for his food. The bag was barely touched and they didn't even feed him any of the cans. They made up some excuses that he refused to eat and I asked if they ever consulted our vet when they saw him not eating... they said no. My boy was starving when I took him home. I paid them over $700 to board him for 6 days, and he came back super sick. They kept blaming him for being sick. The next day I took him to our vet. They did blood work and labs, and said he lost 8 lbs since his last visit, which was 2 days before I dropped him off... which was 9 days prior to his boarding. I explained what the lady at the desk said to me. The vet was upset that she said that my dog was supposedly sick before boarding. He was livid. He swore that all my dog's labs came back negative. Unfortunately, while he was in the boarding kennel, he got kennel cough. And they never once contacted him, nor anyone at the vets office while he was in their care. Since they did nothing to help him while he was there, it developed into pneumonia. My poor boy had contracted kennel cough from this place, and they were extremely rude to me when I called them from my vet's, with him sitting there listening. Not only did I spend over $700 to board him, but I also spent over $1000 in vet bills after picking him up. The vet said he could have died if I was a few days later picking up my dog. PAWS PET CONCIERGE never apologized nor contacted me after. I am so incredibly traumatized by how they treated my dog that I can't let him out of my site when I'm home. And now, if I have to go out of town, I have to pay someone to come to my house and take care of him. I will never trust an establishment like this with my dog ever again. Please use caution when looking for a boarding kennel. I do not recommend this place.

So so happy and pleased with the outcome of my puppy’s haircut! It was her first time ever getting a haircut! They took their time and the most important part is they don’t cage the animals!!! When you walk in you see all the animals and they are roaming around and playing. They are perfect and flexible just what we were looking for!

I give credit to rhe groomer who did a very nice job on my pup first haircut but as for costumer service I was very disappointed, was told one price and was charge $25 extra without advance notification. When I booked my appointment they knew how old my pup was and that it was his first haircut before quoting the total cost but after the grooming when I picked him up which was another issue ( taking 11hrs when they said 3-5hrs) they added $25 to my bill. was also told by the only stall left there when I picked up my pup that it was the owners idea to charge me extra.
