Papillon the salon has stylists with varying levels of customer service and skill. Yah is a stylist who is friendly, open to giving advice, and takes time to ensure she understands her clients' goals. She did a great job highlighting and styling a 13-year-old's hair and trimming the long hair of a 12-year-old. Papillon is a clean and well-kept salon, and appointments can be made directly with Yah. However, there have been negative experiences with another stylist, Faye. Faye was reported to be rude from the first call to make an appointment and throughout the actual appointment. The quality of her hair coloring and cutting services was poor, with highlights not toned properly, uneven and choppy cut, and dried blood on her hand during the appointment. It is recommended to specify a request for Yah when booking an appointment at Papillon the salon.
Faye is a fantastic hairstylist ! I ADORE my hair and will be back to see her again.

I went to Yah tonight for a cut and color, and I have to say it is one of the best cuts and colors I’ve had in years. She was so pleasant, and professional, and I could not have wished for anything better experience! Highly recommend her services!
