Started order for replacement power wheelchair in September 2023. As of today, May 31, 2024, we still do not ave a chair! Adapt really dropped the ball with the paperwork & their follow up was unsatisfactory. Will never use this company again!

This is the worst company I have ever tried to deal with. My C Pap is broken. I ordered supplies last Tuesday 11/22/2022. I do not have my supplies and nobody can tell me where it is. I have called them they said I have to wait 14 business days before they can reorder it. In the mean time I could die because I can not use my C Pap it is broken. Nobody cares if I die. I have talked to the postal service everyday this week and they say I have to wait for their investigation which could be until the end of next week. What am I suppose to do? DIE!!!!!
