This place is a big mess, went to pick op an online print order just to find out that it will take another an hour and there are 8 people ahead of me the the whole store was empty, no cars outside. I asked if he can print them now as it was just simple documents print but he said no. I could literally see that he doing nothing but still wanted me to wait another an hour. Anyway later he found out that it was ready to pick up already. No wonder why these stores are closing one after another.

FedEx shipping here is only for Drop off. Don't even bother going here, just go to an actual FedEx.

Came to buy a printer; no assistance available. Asked an employee up front who said he'd be there in a moment. Ten minutes later I went looking for him and he was nowhere to be found. NOBODY works at this store! It is a ghost town. Good thing I knew what printer I wanted to buy; took it to the service desk and paid.
