Had to have my tail light replace and it turned out to be a much bigger job than both I and the manager of the place thought it would be. The the manager of the location did a great job getting it done, so I will be going to him for all my future repair work. I highly recommend this location for car servicing.

When I called to make my appointment, I spoke with a gentleman named Alex Rodriguez & He was fantastic! He was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable & went above and beyond to assist me with my tire appointment! I can't say enough good things about the service I received! ??
When I arrived at my local store in Cary, NC I was welcomed by Scott who is also extremely professional, thorough & responsive! My car was in and out of the shop within less than an hour! Within that time I received two phone calls regarding status updates, potential future problems about my vehicle & he also asked if I have any other questions about my service or vehicle? I'm extremely satisfied with the entire process! Thank you to everyone! ?

This location has gone downhill!!! I made at 3pm appointment for an alignment check and I actually received a “live” person who called me in the morning to confirm. After 45 minutes, I decided to go back to the shop to check the status. To my surprise, my car was still in the same spot in the parking lot!!! In the past, my car was usually finished in 30-45 minutes. I asked how much longer and was told another hour and 45 minutes!!! What is the point of making an appointment?? Not even an apology!! Obviously, I left and what a waste of time!!! I have been a customer of the Walnut Street location for over 20 years. I will not be coming back to this location-EVER

Great location. Excellent Service. My experience at this particular NTB was above and beyond expectations. Staff are excellent at this location. Scott was absolutely amazing. I am grateful that this location is dedicated to quality service and excellent customer experience. Highly recommend.

To say they went above and beyond to take care of me is the understatement of the century. Like, my faith in humanity is restored. It’s taken me a few days to write this and I still don’t know how to express my gratitude for them. It’s obvious that I don’t know anything about cars and people have used that to get an insane amount of money and not even do the work, but they showed me that there are people who care and want to help. Im always coming back and I’ve already recommended them to my friends and family because they proved that they are genuine and that’s 99% of what I look for in a mechanic. They explained and showed me what needed to be done and why, and everyone there was friendly and informative. Thank you again guys!
I came back to have my air conditioner serviced and Scott was so helpful! He took care of it and kept me informed, my air conditioner is working great which is such a relief when it feels like 100 degrees outside, my passengers are also grateful ? Again, above and beyond just to help, I’ll keep coming back.
