I used to shop at this store a lot more often when they first opened. Now that the area is more developed I feel like the selection isn't as great. While they do carry a good amount of shoes, it's mostly for running and athletics. They don't get all of the new drops, and when they do the amount is very limited. It's not as big as an outlet store but it's still a good size. The associates are usually pretty helpful but some are more knowledgeable than others. The sizes and selection they carry could definitely be better managed.

Very standoffish, the employees acted as if helpingyou was a proplem... Not a place I will visit regularly. I will return to the other nike stores. Not this one.

I had a very positive experience shopping at Nike Cary in the Fenton shopping center. My daughter received a pair of Nike panda low dunks via the online Nike store and needed a half size bigger. The Fenton location is the only Nike store in Raleigh. I was relieved when I learned of the new location.Upon arrival I scored a metered parking spot right across from the entrance. Staff greeted us and there were no lines. I gave the sales associate my barcode for the return and she found the right size, my daughter tried them on, we checked out in less than 15 minutes. Hassle free shopping experience, excellent service and plenty of styles and sizes in stock. A win.

Honestly, nothing to write home about. Seems like the draw here is more about the location rather than the actual selection. Really, not that many items here to be super excited about. The store layout is nice, but relatively small. The men's shoe offerings are good, but certainly not extensive.Personally, I find it more beneficial to shop on Nike's website or outlet store, rather than hope I find something good / exclusive here.

Terrible customer service!! This is the first and last time I will visit this location. Upon entering the store, not one out of three employees offered a greeting or any assistance. I asked an employee for a dressing room. A different employee comes from the back to open the door but didn’t say a word as if I was suppose to know she would be the one unlocking the dressing room and to follow her. Upon check out, still no greeting, didn’t ask if I found everything okay and not so much as a thank you for shopping. Nike, you have awesome designs as far as your products but get better people to run your stores. Good customer service will go a long way. Especially when your price points are far from cheap. Better customer service will make people want to continuously shop with you. As far as this location, fire the entire staff. The manager who hired these people should be ashamed.

I received inconsistent unsatisfactory customer service at @nikestore, specifically at Nike Well Collective - Cary. I spoke with a unprofessional manager name Trey today. My issue of exchanging and receiving the defective Nike Free Metcon 5 has not been resolved.

Purchased these on the Nike App for same day pick up & the ordered was cancelled due to the shoe being "Out of Stock". I decided to go inside & see if I could grabbed them anyway. Low & behold the shoe was actually in stock. Other than that, customer service was great. I do wish the colorways were plentiful. Also can't beat that they were 88

Very little to no selection. The sales associate seem to be more concerned with each other's lives instead of helping customers. Anytime I've asked for help I get 1 to 3 word answers.

The reason for the 2 stars is that the young lady that I asked for help was rude and her facial expressions when speaking to me was also rude. Almost as if my appearance was a problem.To the young guy who I ended up going up to thank for being nice and helpful. Respect my brother, but I wish the same rude young lady didn’t check me out on the two sneakers I purchase. Was rude once again when I went to double-check the pricing of the sneakers I was purchasing.Please learn how to deal with people/customers, we are there for the experience. If you are having a bad day learn to leave it at the door when going into work.

Will never spend my money here. First and last time visiting was Saturday evening. Made to feel uncomfortable bc the store closed in 10 minutes. Asked if they had a specific type of shoe to help speed up the process, was told womens was on one side and men's was on the other... It was one gentleman in particular that just shouldn't work in customer service if they dont know how to communicate without being rude.

It's a small store that specializes in running. They also sell some casual and basketball shoes as well. The staff is nice and attentive as well from my experiences there. No complaints from me.

There's very few stores in the triangle and this one doesn't have enough display models of shoes, tshirts and other sports athleisure. The staff were very friendly but sadly the store is too small .

Horrible customer service. We will never go to this store again to try to purchase anything. After walking in no one acknowledged us even being in the store. Instead of one of the 5 people working coming over to ask us if we needed assistance I had to ask if a size was available. While standing in the women's section there was a few pairs of shoes I was interested in but no one bothered to ask if we needed help. I will continue to buy my shoes online or just go to another store before I ever spend my money in here. Your workers would rather stand up front by the register and discuss what they are eating for dinner than help customers. Poor service.
