I am a patient of Dr Caroline Silver.I am writing because of the staff at the location of My Eye Dr on Walnut street called Jennifer Roth gave me one of the best customer service.She went out of her way to help me out with my appointment and also helped me with my insurance company.She was so kind, caring and friendlyand very professional.JENNIFER ROTH is an asset to your company.People like her want to make us come back again and again.Thank you Jennifer Roth, for your kindness.You are absolutely awesome!!!!!Aslo Dr Caroline Silver is the best Eye Dr. She is friendly kind and so professional. They were great! My contact lens fell out of my left eye, and it was the last one I had. I called my optometrist office and they had no appoints for weeks. I called MyEyeDr in Cary to make an appointment for an eye exam, hoping to get an appointment the same day. They had no available appointments, but Kelly was kind and gave me a sample contact lens until my appointment in a few weeks. The staff were kind and welcoming when I went to pick up my contacts. I'm switching from my other optometrist to MyEyeDr due to their outstanding service and kind behavior. They went above and beyond all of my expectations, thank you again.

My eye doc was FANTASTIC!! Paulina helped me adjust my glasses without an appointment. She was very kind and made sure I was satisfied with the fit of my glasses before I left. The entire office staff was so welcoming & accommodating! Highly recommend!

The Cary MyEyeDr location literally saved my vacation with an emergency pair of contacts. The care, empathy, and professionalism they displayed was extraordinary and beyond comparison. Five stars for Paulina! I woke up the day of a job interview and saw my glasses on the floor with a popped leg (some people call them “arms”). My job interview was in a few hours and I was panicking because my eyeglasses were crooked, and I knew I would not be as confident going into a job interview with crooked eyeglasses. I knew I was going to be self-conscious of my appearance in front of a board of interviewers that were going to interview me for a well high-paying position I was eligible for.Paulina was quick, kind, efficient, and transparent while fixing my glasses as soon as I walked in. She even helped me schedule a future appointment with my eye doctor. She is absolutely amazing! Thank you for saving my day, Paulina!

Outstanding emergency service!!! We called with an emergency corneal tear & Jennifer and the doctor on call were wonderful! Within an hour we were in and had us pre-registered and checked our insurance by the time we came into our appointment. They also helped us with making sure the pharmacy had the correct prescription! Highly recommended!

Making an appointment online was very easy and the eye doctor I saw was great. I picked out a new pair of glasses and was told they were in stock and that it wouldn't take long to get them. Two and a half weeks later I called and was told they were on back order. Three weeks after that I called and was told my glasses were ready to be picked up two weeks ago. I got no calls or texts at any point to give me a status update. Frustrating.

Went in to ask about getting nose pads for oakley glasses replaced I purchased at this location, and before asking me what I wanted to do they threw away the unique parts of the glasses that they were not able to replace. They installed two nose pads that were not even the same size or shape. When asked they made me search through the trash myself and offered none of there medical gloves to me. Then they said they would order the part and call me and never did so yeah could have been better not going back. I would have bought the frames again without insurance.

Two years in a row I’ve received the wrong prescription for my contacts. I always have to make a second appointment after each prescription while dealing with poor vision because I go weeks without the correct contacts waiting for a new appointment.

My glasses broke and I lost one of my contacts and I was basically in tears today. My wife took my glasses here to see if they could help us fix them because we couldn’t do it ourselves. We offered to pay but they refused, amber helped and was super nice. Thank you all for saving me today. Not only did y’all fix my glasses but you cleaned them for me as well and I didn’t even get them here. Thank you so so so much.

The Cary location was great until 2 different occasions involving DR. Ruhina Shemna. Had an appointment set, went to the office 5 minutes late, and was informed that she had been calling due to 2 cancellations since I did not answer so she left! How unprofessional was that?! So much for scheduling an appointment . The guy up front spoke as if it was okay and said, "well you didn't answer"... All I have to say to that was "what do the 2-cancellations have to do with me if I scheduled an appointment, and, I was just 5 minutes late which she left 15 minutes before the appointment?" Our prior appointment was somehow rescheduled to a different date and we showed up finding out and I know I did not reschedule it. After 2nd visit and with no apologies, don't go there to be seen by her. Waited for months to have my child get treatment and forced us to go somewhere better with a reasonable date.

Everyone is always super helpful... the doctors, assistants, opticians, etc. And everyone wears many hats, so they can all help with multiple things. We've never had issues with exams, getting glasses or getting contacts.

My husband wanted to order some glasses. We waited for close to an hour for someone, anyone to help us. It was not busy at all. A couple opticians were just standing there talking to each other. We were completely ignored so we left. What a complete waste of time. Too bad bc he found a couple frames he really liked. We will be taking our business elsewhere. So irritating.

I ordered my sunglasses 11-19-2022. They said wouldn't be ready till after Thanksgiving. I called Saturday to see if ready. She put me on hold while she had me pulled up on her computer to see what the hold up wasSaturday the 3rd of Dec.. I asked when she come back on had they even ordered them because she looking. She said yes they would call me today Monday to let me know the hold up. I got no call. This tells me they never ordered. I am going to tell everyone that will listen. I am so sick of this. This is not first pair.
