David was an absolutely an irreplaceable element to the success of our home buying process. We brought him our infinitely complex situation with so many moving parts that I honestly felt guilty even involving him. But he was very patient with me and my family throughout the entire process through all the twists and turns and he got us where we needed to be. He is who I will suggest and call for all of our mortgage needs and soon, my finnancial advisory needs as well. Great guy, great service. Just used Mortgage Choice when purchasing my first home - David is super knowledgeable and friendly, helped me out every step of the way and was on top of everything (even though I had a million questions)! He went above and beyond and even recommended a program that suited my situation and helped me save. Definitely recommend & would use Mortgage Choice again!

We worked with David Tyndall to get an FHA loan. He was a fantastic person to work with. He looked at multiple options to get us the best rates. Whenever we had questions, concerns, or just needed some reassurance, he was available to work with us and calm our nerves. We hit a couple bumps in the process (not his fault or the mortgage company) and he worked really hard and did the research to make everything go smoothly. He was always patient and took the time to explain every process throughout the entire process. Best part is they won't sell our mortgage to someone else so we get to keep working with him. Definitely recommend!

If you are searching for a mortgage broker I would highly recommend you keep looking. When we were ready to submit an offer for a house this broker couldn't be reached and wouldn't respond to my emails and phone calls. Even a week later no response. It's one thing to be a lousy business partner but another to question whether this is in fact a legitimate business. My biggest regret is sharing my financial information with these people.
