Customer service has degraded since I first started purchasing gear from Moon Audio. Days can go by after customer outreach, or it never comes. Different information from different people, each can have misinformation is given. I really enjoy their cables but there are plenty of other quality cables these days. Unlikely to order from them again.

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service. I purchased a Naim Uniti Core Music Server from Moon Audio on 11/4/2022. My Uniti Core started resetting about 6 weeks ago. Contacted Moon Audio on 12/11. Process according to Naim Website is to bring Unit to dealer for diagnosis and they will forward to Naim. Moon Audio sent me back to Naim and said that was wrong. Worked with Naim UK for 5 days of troubleshooting only to determine what i already knew, my Unit needs to be repaired.Naim tech support referred me back to Moon Audio who once again refused to take my equipment and instead provided me with three new forms of contact for Naim USA.A website URL that brings you to a rabbit hole that only allows you to open an account. You cannot open a repair ticket.A phone number that only allows you to leave a message. I started leaving messages on 12/18 and have yet to get a response from anyone.An email address that only kicks back an automated email. Within that email is the same website URL mentioned above that brings you to the Rabbit Hole.Now it has come to my attention that Naim has closed down their entire Global Operations from 12/22 to 1/2 for the Holidays.Moon Audio just keeps sending me the above information no matter how many times i tell them that none of it helps. They did however reply to my email today just as they left for long weekend to tell me that both them and Naim are unreachable until next week. They did include the same 800 number that is not being monitored in the email as a contact number even though i have told them multiple times that i have been calling it since 12/18.Hopefully you have read this before you bought anything from Moon Audio, Cary N.C. or Naim

The WORST e-commerce company I have EVER dealt with!! I attempted to order item over holiday weekend. The item did not appear to be in-stock. I contacted company to discuss options. I have received numerous emails from multiple parties indicating my item has shipped, has been cancelled, or is awaiting fulfillment. People and companies like this simply should NOT be in the e-commerce business! They simply do not have the logistics to handle the products.

Received a pair of expensive new headphones with a manufacturer's defect. Moon Audio took care of it promptly, free of charge. They have an excellent reputation for a reason.

The five stars is in recognition of Moon's remarkable sale's associate, Chris. He spent considerable time helping me resolve an issue that I was encountering with a DAP that I purchased through Moon. It's evident that Chris possesses a wealth of knowledge regarding the products Moon stocks. More importantly, Chris maintained an uncommon level of professional decorum throughout an endeavor that would have manifested in signs of frustration in the vast majority of customer service representatives. Chris is nothing short of elite at his job. Moon is lucky to have him on their team.

I wanted to buy a pair of headphones but didn't have a lot of info about it.I came across Moon Audio's website. I got in touch with customer service . Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They recommended the WH-1000xm5 headphones. I purchased it and was very happy with it. The headphone is great and the app it is paired with brings a more personalized experience. Great customer service!

I worked here and I am not a fan of how they run their business and treat their employees. All their policies demonstrate a lack of trust, respect, and transparency for their staff. Spend your money elsewhere if you are concerned about shopping with an ethical company. I decided to post this after discovering that a coworker was unfairly fired for something he didn’t do.

Cool if you like supporting a company who regularly abuses their employees and then fake apologizes for their "perceived" experiences. Turnover rate must be 85% by now? But yes, it is indeed not your fault. Call your lawyer, Karen, someone is telling the awful truth!!

Customer since 2014, everything thus far has been as described and everything including custom cables shipping in 1-2 business days.I wasn't a believer in USB cables but they really make a difference! Lessons learned, especially if the said cable has to have decent length.
