Shockingly bad location. Rude, unhelpful, barely conscious, slack jawed, drooling, airpod-listening zombie staff. A complete mess, dirty scuffed floors. I saw another review call it dystopian, a perfect description and a worrying symbol of what the future holds for our country.

The pm staff on 6/14 was extremely rude. The night manager kept saying yelling for the lady to keep announcing that they were closing. In 6 minutes, they announced it 3 times. Little overkill. Said it closes at 10:56 but your sign says 11pm. I observed a that a customer dropped a bag and picked it up. She put it on the bagging area for the self check out and then the employee walked up and snatched it in a rude manner. Very unprofessional night time staff who clearly wanted to go home.

Wow, the Harrison Walmart store has gone downhill. Not sure what happened, but I don't feel safe in the parking lot any more. Prices are higher, like everywhere else, stock is limited, aisles are narrow, little human interaction, nobody to help quickly when self-checkout has issues. Most of the time baskets are missing from the entry. No small grocery carts available. Scheduling a store pickup is next to impossible. The slots are always filled. Always. I've never once been able to take advantage of it. The one thing I like about it is it's got a small footprint. Easy in, easy out. It's not like going into Harris Teeter and having to walk half a mile just to get milk. I like that a small, quick option is available.

This place is dystopian and weird and sad. A lot of stuff is out of stock or missing. Prices are crazy high for no reason. Most of the checkouts are self check out. Outsiders scam charity aggressively selling purses. This store has somehow formed its own bad neighborhood. Not good.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go for online pickup. I started going in because a lot of things would be unavailable and well sometimes what they would replace my items with I wouldn't have wanted lol As many other stores, COVID has caused them a shortage in workers and inventory. However, this store used to be clean at least - not as of recently. It looks like no one is wiping stuff down or even pickup up little items of trash you and see on the shelves or floor. It's mainly self-check out, which is fine for me (as I know a lot of people don't care for it). However, this was a main concern for me as they don't clean between customers and well, it's just gross at the check out stations. That in itself well have me not return.

It's 2020 and Walmart is loaded. There's no reason to not have actual nfc readers for mobile payments. Nobody wants to use the shitty app or whatever.

The online pick up service here is a joke. I've waited 25+ minutes on several occasions before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. Don't bother calling. They won't answer. If they do, you can expect a nasty attitude. It's only this Walmart. I've gotten online orders from other Walmart's with no problems. There is always an issue at this one. I spoke with a manager about it. He didn't care. He acted like I was bothering him. That's probably why the problems are consistent.

Just checked out myself because they don't ever have actual people doing anything but watch customers ring themselves up. I purchased an item which was on the shelf priced at $1.98. It was a great price so I made sure to lean down and make sure the name matched the item. I put 2 in my cart. There was another entire case behind them. When I rang up the item, it showed $6.98. I asked about it and the girl said she would check. She came back and said they were in the wrong place. I assumed they would give me the ones I had for $1.98 and then fix the issue. This was not the case. The girl went and asked the manager who came back and said she talked to the stocker who put it in the wrong spot and he moved it to the right place and they refused to honor the price. Why does the customer have to the pay for their mistakes? I've never seen such a thing? I guess they haven't heard the age old adage that the customer is always right.

I've been going to this Walmart since it opened. Love all the people, everyone is friendly.. Lately though, on the weekends, there are no cashiers in the AM hours.. They want you to use Self Service.. I'm sorry I have a cart full of items , it's 9am there is a store full of employees, someone needs to open up... Last week I did my own, took forever.. Im going to stop going there..

This location is so close and convenient to my home. Most of the employees are very friendly (shout out to Tyler, Mohammed and Jose) and they have all the staples I need. Great produce and cheese prices, as well as for the cleaning supplies. I was sad when they started closing, instead of being open 24 hours. Biggest irritation is that they stock during regular hours...every day, and it is hard to get up and down the aisles!

Close to the house but by far the worst in the area as far as Neighborhood Markets version of Walmart goes. Theres maybe 3 really good people in there who are attentive and rest are all doing this in retirement or because they cant get work anywhere else. They just ring you up and send you on your way without much talk or enthusiasm. I get that its Walmart but if your gonna do it, do it right or find somewhere else to collect a check. Upside is price and location for me. Not the best kept or cleanest store either. If your gonna have people stocking shelves in the daytime or near 4-5 pm, shouldn't they be aware that a giant pallet cart in the way of your shopping is a problem? Then the non motivated employee ignors you till you actually ask to get something from behind the pallet. This causes them obvious frustration cause it was just way easier to have the pallet right next to what they were stocking and now they gotta take 6 extra steps back and forth to get out of the way. And they huff and puff about it like 'cant you see I'm busy here'. And dont even think of asking one of them to help you find something in the store unless it happens to be right in the isle they are working on.

Wide range of products including all of the familiar brands, nice and clean, courteous helpful staff, excellent prices. I asked an employee where an item was located and he walked me to the spot then asked if there were any other items he could show me, all with humble courtesy.
