I went to this store to buy a Iphone 12 with “bring your number to metrobytmobile” deal. I asked the girl who helped me the details about this deal. And I decided to buy the phone. Then I realized she started to put a screen protector onto the phone which I didn’t ask for it. I said how much the screen protector is. She answered me we don’t charge for it then I said fine. Actually she wasn’t able to put it properly and she said that it’s free already, you can change this later. While she was working on the activation of the line, I realized she covered the phone with an ugly phone case. And she said it comes with this, unfortunately we have just this style in our stock, sorry. I said fine, it’s free already I can change it later. Then I left the store and checked the receipt and she charged me $24,99 for the screen protector and $29,99 for the phone case!!! I ask you now, is there any difference between STEALING from someone and selling 2 items without asking her permission?

On August 25, I visited 1381 SE Maynard Rd, Cary, NC 27511. I was assisted by the gentleman in the store I believe his name was Juan. The lady employee was sitting looking out the window and chatting on her phone upon my arrival. I have been a customer of Metro for many, many years. My phone suddenly went into SOS mode that day and i was in need of technical support. I was unable to make calls or text. My data network was not available. Juan called Metro Customer Support and began the process. He stated that they told him it would take 72 hrs. to know what the issue could be. I told the employee that the resolve is unacceptable, and I needed more answers. A network refresh was performed, and I was guaranteed it would restore my services. I was advised to visit a store for further assistance. The lady employee chimed into our situation and was very dismissive and rude. She did not offer to assist in finds any other alternative be it a new phone of investigating further. I was asked to leave the premises for asking for more details of my service. This is the second time that I have experienced horrible service at this location and the exact dismissive attitude. I ask that this matter is thoroughly investigated because as a long-term customer that level of service is disappointing. This is by far the worst location in my region and should be shut down immediately. I Visited 3281 Avent Ferry Rd. Ste 125 Raleigh, NC upon departing Cary's location and asked for the same assistance. Armand the employee who assisted listened to my concerns and was able to find that my previous carrier has blocked my IMEI after a year of switching services back to Metro By T-Mobile. He was polite and detailed in his search for an answer. This same gentleman assisted on August 28, 2023, with possible alternatives while my phone is compromised. A complaint regarding USCelluar Jamming my phone network has been filed with the Federal Communications Commission.

Like being able to have a plan without contracts that is very dependable. I travel a lot and not ever found an area I could not get at least one bar - and 95% of the time it is over 3 even in open country.

I've been with MetroPCS for 3 or 4 years now and thankfully haven't needed help because everything usually works fine. I bought a new phone and was trying to activate it myself and was having trouble. Thinking it may be a problem with the SIM card, I drove to the Maynard Rd location for help. Vanessa quickly figured out what the problem was and got my new phone working in just minutes. I was very impressed with her knowledge & professionalism. It's because of people like Vanessa that I stay with MetroPCS.

Very shady business. They suddenly added a "mandatory" $5 insurance fee at the end of buying a phone. Supposedly this could be cancelled, but the clerk refused to provide anything in writing or that this was even required at all. Supposedly it was "the boss's policy". Plus even after I left (after declining their "insurance") they still screwed up my existing account and I had to spend twenty minutes on the phone with carrier customer support dealing with it. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

This retailer sold me a screen protector less than one month ago and was willing to sell me another until I asked I thought it was warrantied...."oh no" she says, "Not this one...and we don't do them in store even if they were. You need to call the manufacturer and they only do limited warranty on manf.defects". Wow...But when I bought it less than a month ago my main question was is this wareenty covered and she said yes...so then I was next going to ask if something happens to it where do I go...but before I could finish....she said, "just bring it back here"..Well that not true now is it.... Whatever happened to taking care of the customer...it's been less than a month...!!!!
