I was in and out in a timely manner. I got quotes on what I needed to upkeep my vehicle.

Unfortunately all NTBs are not equal. My previous experience at a different NTB store was not great. The staff at this location (100 Town Village drive) are prompt, courteous, effective and efficient. Definitely will be back for my next service to this location.

Really great visit today at NTB of Cary. It's not often that a shop will be honest with you and tell you, you don't need brakes after another shop tried to push for me to get the brakes replaced. Big shout out to Eric who was my mechanic and Kent the service advisor who took care of me today. Highly recommend this location!
