I was impressed with how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment for the diagnostic of my vehicle regarding a concern with one of my rear fog lamps . I called & they had availability as quickly as the next day. I was even more impressed with the quickness & thoroughness of the diagnostic. I received a video showing everything that was checked...lights, tires, brakes, struts, etc. & was very happy that no repairs were actually necessary for my light & everything else was in great condition. My service Rep. Ryan Ward was great to work with.He kept me informed & was very responsive. Top knotch Service!!

I had an outstanding experience at Mercedes Benz of Cary, and I want to commend my product specialist, Ali Asad, for his exceptional service. Ali went above and beyond, staying late into the night to handle all the paperwork for my purchase. His dedication and attention to detail truly made the buying process seamless and enjoyable. I recently purchased my first car here through JEREMIAH. He was the absolute best at making sure the car was PERFECT for me and exactly what I wanted. He made it feel like we had been friends for years and made sure I had all the snacks and drinks I wanted! Would recommend him 100%

If i could give this dealership 0 stars, i would.Recently my gas tank locked and there was no way for me to get into it. I called a service representative who suggested i pull the tank lid open, but it may chip the paint or i could bring it and would be charged $233 an hour in labor services in addition to anything else that was needed. I asked the advisor if my warranty covered this and he denied that it did.I attempted to pry the door as he suggested ensuring i did not chip the pain, however the door broke, revealing a second cover that still would not allow access to the tank. The only way to get into this way through the trunk of my car, which was never mentioned by this representative..The representative suggested this knowing it would not remedy my situation. Additionally, i went to the Mercedes dealership in durham and was informed that my warranty would not expire until September of 2024, and that i would cover the damage in its entirety. FYI, I was also told by Cary that i no longer had a warranty.I called several times regarding this matter and left messages which were not returned. I am extremely upset and disappointed at the misinformation i was provided, the unprofessional behavior and lack of knowledge displayed by the employees at this dealership.Despit having purchased my car there 2 years ago, I WILL NEVER GO BACK FOR ANY FUTURE SERVICES REQUIRED. this establishment is completely despicable.

I cannot rave enough about this dealership. From the Manager (Niel Chance) to the sales person(Ely) and service (Tina) everyone was exceptional! I work in sales myself and talk about going above and beyond this team has it all! A great experience from the moment I walked in till closing the deal. Thank you guys I really appreciate you taking care of me!

Went down for an alignment. Missed a call. I pick up my car to learn that to complete the alignment, I needed to spend $300+ on top of the alignment price. They “aligned it as best as they could” (caster and camber still way out of spec).No problem I thought, until I got charged full price for a job they couldn’t complete. $200 and lost a day of work to this.Carol Yost (my service advisor) argued that they did an alignment. I wish I could charge full price for partial work.Go somewhere else for service.

Mr. Matthew Keith worked on my 2023 Mercedes S500 4matic. He is up and up in his duties. His communication skill is exceptional. He arranged next day appointment for me and upon my request, provided me with a Lyft to take me back home because I refused Mercedes loaner car. All repairs, except the one on back-order, were done expeditiously. Thank you Matthew.

Do not trust Mercedes-Benz of Cary. Scrutinize every service cost they quote. I just walked out of the dealership with a service charge of $4.200 of which they could not fully explain the charges. The service rep confessed the dealership charges considerably more than a non-dealership. I will take his testimony to heart and take my business elsewhere next time. I better understand now the cliché, "it's one thing to buy a Mercedes, but all together different to maintain one". Their mechanics are overpaid and Mercedes parts are overpriced, but they do wash your car, so there's that to cling to. Save your pennies. You'll need a lot of them after the sale.

Expressed interest in a used vehicle and eagerly began negotiations. I offered a deposit to convey my serious intent. I did tons of research and shared my findings to show that the vehicle was above the fair market value, and asked the team to reconsider their stance on not budging on the price. I was told the vehicle may only drop $300-$500 but certainly no more. So, I made a fair offer and awaited a response.Three days later, I discovered, by looking online, that the price was dropped -$5K (significantly below my offer) and of course someone else purchased the vehicle.Several internal miscues here which left me feeling very frustrated, quite confused, and questioning discriminatory practices. I was actively involved in negotiations, made an offer, and when the price was dropped BELOW my offer, I was never given consideration.My salesperson was respectful, kind, and sincere. However, overall, I felt disrespected as a consumer and I was not given an equal opportunity to purchase. I also question the dealer's capability to actually provide "peace of mind" pricing.Not what I expected from a luxury dealership. Buyers beware.

This week I bought our first 2023 MB GLC 300 from Bert Bowers, a consummate professional. This was by far my best car purchasing experience in 35 years. I have purchased over 60 vehicles, both used and new during this time, but this effortless process was awesome. I walked in and showed Bert the vehicle I was interested in from the online site, he had it brought up, started, cooled off (97 degrees outside) and we drove to my wife’s office for her approval. Deal Done. Our follow up delivery with John Womack was overwhelming, informative and one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a dang car. His knowledge was crazy good and wants us to follow up for additional questions. Now, 1.5 days later I was home and noticed a small dime sized ding in my passenger side rear door. I called Bert, he said bring it in. I did, not a question, said “I got you, we will take care of this”. I am solidly in the MB family now after Cadillac, Jag, Toyota, etc. thank y’all. See you on Monday.

Highly recommend Elizabeth! We came in looking for a reliable used car to buy for our teenage son. She was great to work with and made him feel special to be getting his first car (and responsible for it too!). Would definitely return.
