First, let me start by saying I have been in customer service for over 20 years and was horribly disappointed with the treatment I received at the Durham Mercedes Benz dealership. I did not buy my GLB250 from them so I was turned away. I called twice and stopped by to for assistance with the Mercedes Me app. After a lot of frustration, I called the Cary dealership. I was put in touch with John Womack. He was very kind and helpful with resetting my app and providing details about my vehicle I was not aware of. I understand that I did not buy direct from the dealership but that should not negate my level of care if I ask for help. After working with John, I would highly recommend this location for advice, customer care, and service. My next Mercedes will be with the Cary dealership.

Had an amazing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Cary and was treated like 1st Class. The sales associate Elizabeth help me pick out the best car for me and was very patient teaching me all the technologies the car has. My car was in perfect condition when I received it. Clean and comfortable dealership. I recommend and will go back. Ask for Elizabeth.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my brand new Mercedes EV at Leith Mercedes Cary, thanks to sales consultant Jeremiah W and Finance Manager Juan W. They made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. It was a true sign and drive experience. Jeremiah was professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Came back to edit... i will never go hwre again. Such a dramatic change from my first experience. This time was completely awful and highly disappointed.
Mr James was fantastic. Made buying a car such a smooth process and made sure we were well taken care of! They truly take care of their customers. I will never buy another car anywhere else.

Today is August 27, 2024. Once again the my service advisor, Carol Yost, and the service department at Mercedes Benz of Cary did an excellent job! This time they went beyond excellent. My wife and I will never deal with any Raleigh Mercedes dealership other than the Cary location. We trust them to provide the best service we can receive and will not trust our Mercedes to anyone else. The sales staff is likewise exceptional, especially James Simpson. He is honest and trustworthy. The customer care provided to us was perfect. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Sales lady Elizabeth was friendly, informative and went through everything with me before my decision to purchase. She was patient on the test drive and was attentive and helpful throughout the whole process. I recently had the pleasure to work with Mr. Travis Jones with purchasing a CPO 2019 Mercedes Benz E300. Travis was both Professional and Polite. Travis sent me some Videos and Pictures of the Car and when I visited the Dealership on July 12th the car look just as good in person and it did in the pictures.
I completed the Sale on July 12th and had the vehicle delivered on July 17th.
I truly would recommend both the dealership and Travis Jones to my family and friends.
Thanks Travis for all your support and assistance with this purchase and I look forward to enjoying this car for many years.

I usually consider myself quite critical in my reviews, but the team at Cary, NC Mercedes deserves nothing but praise! Their customer service and personal touch are exceptional. Before coming to Cary, I visited two other luxury car dealerships in Raleigh, including another Mercedes dealership. The difference in service was like night and day.
I recently faced an unexpected loss in my family and had another urgent matter that required quick and efficient handling.
Gary Smith was amazing—kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic. He understood the urgency of my situation and ensured my time was not wasted. His high level of service seemed to be his standard practice, which I truly appreciated.
Tanasia, who assisted Gary and showed me the car, ultimately closed the sale. Her personal experience with the same car and her authenticity shone through. She is genuinely a kind soul.
Even the finance manager, Juan White, impressed me. He is highly knowledgeable and continues to educate himself on making the process easier for his customers.
John Womack, the product specialist, was also extraordinary. Due to time constraints, I couldn’t learn more about the car initially, but John made sure I had a follow-up appointment. He knows these cars inside out and takes pride in his work. His personality and expertise sold me on the brand, making me feel proud of my purchase.
I deeply appreciate this team and the welcoming atmosphere they’ve created. Amazing job, team Cary!

I came to this dealership to look at a Mustang Gt that was traded in. John brought out the key and told me all about the vehicle and was very informative. After that, we made our way inside and met Ali, who made the entire experience feel so easy and so casual. The staff at this dealership are so talented and so friendly. I’m really glad I came to this dealership to find my first car out of college.

UPDATE ON REVIEW 08/05/2024
After numerous phone calls and emails to the finance manager Dan and what I was told to be the manager of the entire dealer I STILL do not have no vehicles registration after 5 months of purchasing the vehicle. I’ve been response and receptive to every single request they’ve made to register the vehicle and now they’ve gone completely radio silent, I’m paying a loan on a car that technically isn’t registered in my name. This is so damn careless and irresponsible, I’ve made a complaint with Mercedes corporate and am gearing up to contact the attorney general’s office for a solution. Will update once completed
I purchased a vehicle out of state, Ali the salesman and his finance manager made the process seamless and offered a lot of flexibility for me. The numbers were fair and solid, I traded in a vehicle which was also very easy. Overall a very respectable team, I would absolutely do business with them again. Thanks to all!

I recently had a frustrating experience with MB Cary. I visited the dealership three times to address an issue with my car’s window seals. On my first visit, they didn’t have the necessary parts. On the second visit, they only had one part and instructed me to return again. By the third visit, they had ordered the wrong parts. This whole process spanned over a month since my initial visit. Overall, the repeated trips and incorrect parts have been quite inconvenient.

I recently purchased a car from the Cary Mercedes dealership, and I couldn't be happier. Ali Asad was my salesperson, and he was incredibly patient throughout the entire process.
