I recently rented a tux for my son, when I initially made the reservation I received confirmation and they took my card information and pended the charge to our card. I was advised delivery would be 10/31 Which was the week of the wedding which was fine still some buffer days in case of emergency, I called 11/1 and spoke to customer service ( who was very nice that's why I gave 2 stars opposed to 1) , they informed me the order was never "pushed through" the system for the commitment of the rental? they reassured it was nothing on my end but instead theirs where the system had failed- I can understand to a certain extent but no notification about this. Then I receive a call saying this rental was not authorized and now I'm getting charged a late fee? Long story short I got the suit the day before the wedding measurements and hem were way off, such a headache.The rest of the wedding party has many issues on their end as well, not a great experience.

Going to have to agree with all of the terrible reviews of this location. My fiancé and I went in to pick suits for our groomsmen and were told that it would be fine to have them come as a group to get measured since they wanted to make a day out of it. The associate that day was pleasant but didn't really seem to know any of the products and gave us a price point that ended up being very low compared to what was actually paid. When my fiancé and his groomsmen showed up a few months later, they were met with immediate rudeness and were told they were coming in too early for a March wedding and that they would only have time to do measurements for 2 out of 6 of them. When my fiancé explained that they wanted to get this done before the busy holiday season, they were reluctantly measured (only two) and told that their bodies were guaranteed to change so there was no point.I already spoke to customer service and they advised that reservations should be made...good to know. We were never told that previously. It should be noted that my fiancé and his groomsmen were more than happy to wait and go into the physical store one by one or in pairs to make it easier on staff. Instead they were refused and 4 out of 6 went home with no measurements. While on the phone, we also discovered that the associate had rung up the order under the wrong loyalty account, so I hope whoever that is enjoys our points! We will likely be cancelling the rental at this point. There are other good suit rental businesses and weddings are way too expensive to deal with this kind of headache.

Went to the Cary location while visiting my son at a local university to buy him his first suit.Donovan R. was a fantastic help to us! He knew my sons sizes just by looking at him and helped us throughout the whole experience, answering our questions and giving guidance.He was able to continue to do this even as the store got busier (many parents in looking for business clothes for their kids).One note -it did appear the location could use some more staff perhaps on the weekends, Donovan and the other person were extremely busy by the time we left. We left satisfied and with a nice suit that fit within our budget. Good experience!

Your scan system, is useless, let’s start with that. Second thing is, why take my phone number give me an estimate pick up date, and then proceed to send me an email, that went to my junk mail, and when I called the day that I was told my suit would be ready, “well did you check the junk folder?!” Well does your company provide you with a phone?Quick phone call wouldn’t have hurt to tell me, hey, your suit came in quicker than expected, come try it on, instead of 2 days before my event! Luckily it fit my son. My office would lose business if we only sent reminder emails!

Rude guy working there. Wish I had his name. Went in to get measurements for my wedding. He told me I was way too early and to come back a week before my wedding. Like who in the heck will come to get measured a week before their wedding. Don’t go here. Take your business else where.

This place seriously neeeds to be closed down. Rude staff, terrible customer service, 6 out of 7 groomsmen measured totally wrong and had to be resized the week before the wedding. Wedding is in 4 days and one groomsman still has not gotten the suit after being promised on two seperate occasions that it would be there before now. Everytime you call you either get hung up on or put on hold indefinitely. Absolutel worst experience I’ve ever had. Everyone needs to be fired. I wish you could give zero stars.

This location needs new management. Fire the gm, fire all the leadership in charge of this location. The customer service is abysmal. Like how in the world is it possible to have to wait an hour for someone to help me just to pick-up my order on a Tuesday morning. Where I have been 3rd in line from the start on this QR code stuff they make you scan. Shoot I came in one time and was literally the only person in the store and then was told to scan the code and someone would be with me soon. This is why I went with a much better company that is fully online for my wedding. Unfortunately I couldn't save my brother in law in time so I'm forced to come to this shit show. Also save your breath on responding to this with some copy pasted bs, I'm talking to you MW Listens. Lol. You don't listen look at the rating of this store. Obviously you not only don't listen, but you're blind too.

I visited this Men's Wearhouse to return an unused suit recently purchased. Unfortunately, I had quite a negative encounter with the manager. Despite not having any prior interaction, she made assumptions and refused the return, claiming it had been worn. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's crucial for businesses to treat all customers with respect and fairness. I hope my feedback helps improve their customer service, because this is not an acceptable way to treat someone just because of the color of their skin.

I like to start all my reviews off by being fair. Please get your employees some help. You can’t have one employee running a store looking lost with 5 customers needing assistance. It’s perfectly fine I took my business elsewhere and spent that money in a store 4x the size of your location. Strange thing this man was able to help 4 customers at the same time without sacrificing the level of service he provided. He knew how to multitask and inform customers he was the only one working and to be patient . It WAS NOT at this store. I did try to be patient with you here but you need to get your employees more help.~Positive Vibes~

My boyfriend went into the Cary location for a suit rental fitting. It wasn't a good experience. The girl at the counter told us to scan the qr code to check in. We were the only ones in line. Why check in? Now comes the fitting. Oi, she didn't seem as knowledgeable or bright. She said that my bf had to take the shirt that's about 2 times bigger for him in his arms. F9r Pete's sake, it made him look like he had arn curtains. The groomsmen are not wearing jackets, so why tell him he has no options, then offer him slim fit? She needs extensive training and needs to work on customer service. The only person whom we trusted was the young man who went beyond to help find the shoes and order the shoes. That was the only person who did right and had offered good customer service!

Chandler was a great help! Had a great experience here at Men’s Wearhouse. Had to check in for us to be seen. They let us know that we could go get lunch and that they would text us when they were ready.

Highly upset place an ordered for a custom tuxedo for my wedding in October. Told the gentleman exactly how I would like it to fit. Paid extra money for custom thinking it would make a difference on how the tux fitted. Get the tux back today and the size was 2 size larger completely unacceptable. They gonna make it right or I need a full damn refund + extra for my time and headaches.?

I wish I could put a zero but then it wouldn’t allow me to post a review. A few months ago my fiancé and I went in to rent his tux for our wedding coming up. Nobody acknowledged us as we came in, we then waited for quite some time (approx. an hour or so) to be waited on. At that point the gentleman who was helping us was very quick and was not attentive he was rushing us through the whole process. However we did finish and left still unsatisfied but we dealt. Today I went in with my father to get his rental tux done and the same thing happened. Waited for an hour and nobody even glanced our direction and said anything to us. We did the app and we were #1 in line but still we waited for such a ridiculous amount of time we just left. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life!

Walked in to shop and was told "hello" by someone at the counter. 4 employees in the store and one customer (me). No one asked if I needed help or even acknowledged I was in the store. As I left, the same person that said "hello", said "have a nice day".I would not recommend this store unless you know what you want and where it is located in the store. You're on your own here. You'll get better assistance at a department store.

Came in at 4:15 looking to be fitted for a wedding. Was turned way as "too busy" , even though didn't close for another 1.5 hours. Very disappointed as drove out of our way.
