I've been going to May Tailor & Cleaners for a couple of years. I come for dry cleaning and sometimes alterations. I'll get pants that are too long and have them hemmed just right. It's a nice place with great service.

Most Value Cleaner with Best Customer ExperienceThis the most value cleaning shop that I have ever seen! The quality of the services and the customer experiences were absolutely exceeded my expectations! Also I did not smell odd chemicals at all so I chatted with the couple owners with my wonder why? They told me they use the most nature cleaning materials that is human friendly. Plus, their rate is so competitive in the market. For instance, only 1.99 per shirt! The owner couples are so nice and decent! I can feel they care their customers so much and try to deliver the best to them. Highly recommend!??

I've lived in Cary 20 years. Spent a lot a lot a time with various tailors. May Tailor hands down is the best tailor in town. I've lost some weight and May refitted my entire wardrobe. She's an artist at a fair price.

Oh my goodness!!! If I could give negative stars, I would! These people have RUINED 2 different outfits! They completely ruined a silk Lilly Pulitzer blouse that had several tiny spots. This was a new top & now completely ruined! The owner said she try to get spots out, and I just picked it up — now the blouse has huge HUGE spots of grease/oil/cleaner all over it… on the back too, (where there were no spots), now it’s covered with dark stains of their cleaning liquid. Don’t go here if you like your clothes! That blouse was over $150 :-(I had shirt that needed letters sewn on last fall & they sewed them on crooked — she ruined the shirt, but it was just an inexpensive cotton shirt — I didn’t say anything, and thought I’d try them again - but OBVIOUSLY a huge HUGE mistake.

I went in taking four dresses that were very special to me that were a size 4 and I couldn't fit into them anymore. The wonderful lady who is the owner fitted them and resized them to tailor them perfect and saved those dresses for me so I didn't have to give them away or part with them. She was wonderful. It took her a couple of fittings to get them right, but that was ok. I was very pleased with her work and just so thankful to her that she saved me from having to part with some special dresses or to have to sell them or give them away and that I paid a lot for and were special to me. I highly recommend her for tailoring of your clothes, so save them and take them to her!
