Hard to find assistance when looking for a particular item. Lowe's offers NO WARRANTY on many items. Actually, they claim to offer a 5 year warranty on their LED bulbs, which sounds great, except that when a bulb fails and you return it, they simply tells you to send to bulb and the original receipt to the manufacturer in California ....... really ? I am supposed to spend $10 to ship a bulb that originally costed me $5 ??? Similar scenario for many other items. Lowe's lost me as a customer for ever.

Worst experience I’ve had with a Lowes in my life. Bought a fridge in store and set up delivery to my house. The driver arrived with the fridge damaged and let me know that his boss instructed him to “push the customer to take it.” So I waited at home all day for the delivery when he could have called to say “hey the fridge is damaged.” Instead said nothing and expected to dump it on me. The delivery guys were nice, but their dispatcher/supervisor was clearly annoyed with me over the phone that I wanted to refuse delivery. Wish I caught her name. What kind of business is that? Sorry I will be taking all of my business to Home Depot from now on.

Went to go get some Cabot stain, and the young man working at the paint counter actively ignored us and went to help someone else who had shown up after us. Then gave an attitude when he was retrieved by another associate (after being with this other customer for about five minutes) because he was the only worker on the floor who knew how to mix the paint/stain. The stain looks great, though!

I run a handyman business and I install alot of appliances. I like to order the appliances online and have them ready to pickup, but even when I get a email saying that it is ready, it isn't and there's always an excuse like they are short staffed or it should have been done. It usually takes 30-45 minutes and I bill $80/hr to the customer. So at the end of the week when I get 7 or 8 appliances per tech and 5 techs, it adds up to almost $2000 a week in waiting time. So I'm currently looking for other places where I can get appliances.
