Went in when it was pouring rain one night and my landlord refused to fix anything; Nicole was extremely helpful and compassionate towards my situation, and was excellent in assisting me in finding what I needed. Nicole earned five stars for sure!

I go out of my way to buy from this location even tho there's one closer to me. The employees are nice, helpful, and almost always have what I'm looking for in stock.

Went to Lowe’s to pick up an online order. Had some additional shopping so went with a paper receipt just incase anyone needs to see proof of purchase while shopping.While we were at check out an employee told another employee to ask if we had pay for the items. We said it was an online order and the receipt was on top and let them verify the order.While finishing the check out, Shruti comes within 2/3 minutes to ask if we had paid for the online purchase. At this point it very much we all felt racially profiled as a family of color.She realized she messed up right away and tried to change the subject right away and tried sell us the Lowe’s credit card, which we already have. We are avid Lowe’s shoppers but this profiling experience by an employee has really changed my perspective.I will be reaching out to corporate over this racial profiling experience. I was a prepared customer and who was treated like a thief.
