John brought my mom's oxygen concentrator out today. He was polite. He clearly explained everything. He treated my mom with a lot of respect. Thank you John for a job well done.

Avoid at all costs!! Unreliable for delivery, the office will tell you that you need an order for something, but the driver will tell you something different. Couldn't get an extra bonsai, when one we had was working intermittently!
